Best Western Plus Cushing Inn & Suites

The staff was absolutely amazing

Only reason I didnt give everything excellent 10/10 is bc the chair looked really scary was pretty beat up and torn up and looked almost like it had bed bugs at ine time...didnt find anything tho and everything else was super nice and clean

I did not realize I had reserved a suite. It was really a big nice suite

The room with toilet and shower could have been roomier. The coffee maker didn?t work but coffee was right outside my door

Everything was a great experience. Friendly service, clean rooms, larger rooms, onsite laundry

The air conditioner in room didn?t work the best.

The room was very spacious. The breakfast was good. I liked the yogurt bar and fresh fruit.

There was black mold, crack heads running around, heavy construction at 8AM

Newer hotel in an area where choices are limited at best.

Major foundation issues, one third of the room was "down hill". Big cracks in the walls. Made us wonder if we were safe. No toilet paper on the dispenser. Lost TV signal (satellite) when the rain started. Not worth the rate, esp. given the market.

Room size, bathroom layout, food, customer service. Only negative is it was on a busy street but it got quit.

No charge holding on credit card and clean rooms great breakfast

The hotel is nice and clean and staff very friendly. The breakfast was well stocked and food hot. The staff was great at keeping tables clean and making sure we didn't need anything.

My room was on the second floor and it sounded like a dance party was going on upstairs! I asked for help from the front desk and after the second attempt hotel employee was able to get them to quiet down. After midnight I needed some rest! Walls seemed thin.

Great Customer Service. Attentive and thoughtful.

There was no AC in any halls or lobby.
