Quality Inn Blackwell I-35

First room was gross with pubes and human head hair all over the sheets. Dead bugs, poor carpet condition with pieces missing. Second room looked like a 5 year old was learning to make the bed and towels and stunk.

The staff was very helpful with my wheelchair. They saw what my needs were and were right there to assist me.

I felt the carpet needed to be cleaned. My bare feet got very dirty walking on the floor

Very clean, nice, amazing staff, all amenities were great. Check in smooth.

The AC did not work so good, like the fan would run but was not cool in the room. The room was clean and superb.Was given a Handicap room. Which was not bad at all, but water all over the floor making it slippery, nothing to put down but towels. Slippery

Bed was very comfortable and enjoyed having an additional chair and ottoman.

The breakfast was pretty good, but the waffle batter was a little too thin.

Location was close to the interstate for a quick pull off on our roadtrip. Clean for a quick stay.

Door didn?t close all the way, we could lock it so it was fine. Given wrong room number upon checkin. Overnight staff was questionable.

Absolutely nothing! The room lacked most of the advertised amenities. No microwave, no mini fridge, no shades on the lamps and one lamp that simply didn't work.

Everything noted above plus the nefarious characters hanging around outside. Very little lighting of the outdoor spaces. It was a perfect environment for criminals.

The VERY best part was the friendly and cheerful lady taking care of the breakfast the morning of 12/12. She said "good morning" to everyone who came in for breakfast and was a very cheerful presence. I vote for a raise for her!

It seemed that the breakfast items were not kept restocked as well as they could have been. Also, had to ask for washcloths for my room. And no hot water in the first two rooms they gave me.

It?s close to the interstate. But it was quiet.

It has three names, that was confusing when looking for it. The Wi-Fi was problematic.

We've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last 2 months due to family business in Newkirk. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet is great.

The staff was nice and the location was good.

We booked rooms ahead but It took over an hour for us to get checked in. We wanted a pool and WIFI. The pool was closed for maintenance & the wifi wouldn't stay up!! They kept having to rekey everyone's cards! One of the mattresses sagged bad!

Food left in refrigerator and used toothpick on desk. Hair was on the sheets. I don't believe the room was even cleaned!

it was clean, easy to access from the interstate highway and close to food and gasoline. The bed was good and firm. I will stay here again.

The desk chair fabric was worn out and the chair should be thrown away (It's bad). On the plus side, there were two chairs in the room and I've recently stayed in some high priced motels that had only one chair.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. If we asked for anything they did there best.

Our stay was 2 nights and 3 days. We had to ask for fresh towels. They never straightened the room anytime during our stay.

The room looked clean and tidy. It would be nice if there was drinking water in the room, and also an extra blanket in the room in winter

Nothing at all

Hotel rooms were absolutely filty. We arrived and saw public hairs in shower, on bathroom floor and toilet seat. We requested another room and 2nd room had a plugged toilet with poop. We moved AGAIN. Third room had very dirty towels.

Staff tried but under impossible circumstances

Understaffed, toilet was plugged up, sheets and bedding awful. Crappy window coverings. Breakfast inedible. I would NEVER stay there again

The air conditioning didn¿t work well so it was too hot to stay. We ended up leaving and going home the same day

Great location right off 35. Rooms are fine, nothing fancy, but perfect for our needs. They allow pets, which is one of the reasons we selected this location. Good Mexican restaurant within walking distance.
