The lady was very insulting and rude. We canceled our 3 rooms and left. I can't seem to get refunded

Bed sheets were stained, unclean tub, still trash in room. The entire building smelt.1st flr was like burnt rubber. There was ciggeratte ashes in the stair way, they did not mention a deposit. Night guy was rude.
