Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Ardmore

I was pleased to know they accepted pets with no fee. The staff was amazing. They were doing construction work to improve the hotel and everyone kept things clean and quiet. I will be going back every time I stay in Ardmore.

We switched hotels to this one because we wanted an outdoor pool, unfortunately the pool was closed. The bed was small.

The only thing I liked was the location. We didn't even stay the night at the hotel this time.

The rooms were not well insulated and we could heart nonstop pounding on the ceiling from the guests directly above us. We could also hear babies crying from other rooms. We will never book at this hotel again.

The water pressure in the shower was above average which is a major plus. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

We found a used feminine product in the trash can. The front desk agent took 15-20 minutes to check in although I had a reservation. She seemed confused putting blame on the computer system. It was weird.

The staff was wonderful and had lots of complementary items.

Too many pets everywhere and too much pet dander in the room.

The hotel was in a good location

They advertised complimentary breakfast, then when I checked in, was told they are now a longer term stay hotel and no longer offer breakfast.

Location

Air conditioning did not work, asked for another room on 3 different times and was never moved or compensated for poor room.

Easy access off I-35. Relatively quiet, and they gave me a room location I requested. VERY friendly staff, for the most part. Room was clean and well-maintained.

Disappointed that no restaurant/room service. Room smaller than I thought. Heat/Air not working properly. Sunday morning before 7am front desk rang my phone intermittently for 1-1/2 hrs. They said problem, and they were resetting the system!

Perfect! Nice roomy rooms, kids loved the pool. We loved being able to use the grills for dinner!

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. There was extremely bad weather in the area and the hotel made sure everyone was aware. They called Each room and advised guests to bring pillows and blankets and come to the lobby for safe placement.

No covered entrance.

It was cheaper than some of the others available without being a "flea-bag motel"

The patron who checked in prior to us had a pet but the staff had already closed the transaction. The billing for the pet was added to our room and consequently our billing. Still waiting for it to be reversed! It was also noisey until after 10:30!

Enjoyed our stay and our amenities.

Counter help was a little stiff and needs to relax but was a good person and helpfull overall.

Friendly girl at the front desk. Lots of towels and a large coffee pot.

It was raining when we arrived and I was surprised they didn't have a covered entrance, carport, etc. Difficult to unload your car in the rain.

Space

No breakfast for the price of room.t,doorbell rang no one there or in halls, several times. Should be able to turn off if not needed. as well alsrm in room middle of night.handicap room..

Friendly staff

The water pressure in the kitchen sink was crazy strong, I would be ok with it if I could have fit in it for a shower!

Clean and hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

The desk clerk changed our room to the first floor, without us asking, and I appreciate that. Customer service was Awesome! Thank you all.
