Hampton Inn & Suites Ardmore

Clean nice staff and location

Everything was really nice and clean.

Bed was too hard for us, and pillows were not comfortable.

Location, off the main road but not far Very quiet area

Clean, quiet room. Excellent breakfast options

clean clean, bed and staff

no hot tub but didnt advertise.

cleanliness. room was nice and cool, excellent air conditioning on such a hot day! also, good breakfast.

Bed.

I was charged for a extra room 2 days later. It was resolved later.

The staff were very friendly! This hotel far exceeded our expectations¿cleanliness, room size, location, breakfast. We will stay here again!

No complaints at all.

The bathroom was nice and roomy. Everything was nicely decorated. The free bottle of water was a nice touch at the front desk and the man checking us in was super nice. Really clean place.

The location

My room had not been cleaned properly. There was food in the fridge, trash from the previous occupant. Even the key card with the prior day's date was on the counter. The toilet was filthy! The one staff member did his best to help me.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. I would diffently stay here again. It was also very quiet.

The curtains don¿t close so the outside lights shines in but I like my room dark to sleep.

Location

Rooms were dirty and hot. Hallway to room was like an oven. staff was very rude. Toilet was stopped up when we got there and they expected us to use a plunger. There was a chicken box under the bed with spoiled chicken in it. Not what I expected

Clean, comfortable, safe area, convenient & directions easy to follow. Wold stay again if in the area. Have a Blessed day

It was quiet

The reason i booked that hotel it said it had a exercise room but it was closed. Couldnt get ahold of front desk to ask wuestions.

Staff, breakfast and pool was nice.

Very, very over priced. Room was average and location was not good.

Good A/C and TV and beds

The promised breakfast ran out way before the end time of 10. There was hair in tub and on toilet. Also, the pool wasn't very clear.

location, nice hotel, good size indoor swimming pool, free breakfast

Staff, problems with reservation, one elevator did not work so it took a very long time to go up or down.

Great location and a wonderful breakfast.

Staff was so friendly and extremely helpful

The rooms were so nice! Very clean and spacious. I was so pleased with the whole stay experience.
