Room NOT clean had roaches. Paid for a kitchenette there was a dying roach RIGHT next to the stove that wasnt working. Was DOWNGRADED to a room WITHOUT a kitchenette STILL charged the same price.

Dirty, dark location, dirty towels, stinking room

When I left

Everything about this hotel was horrible. Mattresses, garbage and abandoned cars in the parking lot, filthy dirty room with stained sheets and towels, no vending machines or ice

The staff person was professional

The 1st room had no fridge or cable box. The 2nd room The staff person killed a roach in front of me there was blood on bed bugs on bed needless to say I didn't stay and couldn't get my money returned!!

Nothing, room was filthy, no place to sit, no working ice machine, totally misrepresented

This was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in, checking in the cameras at the desk showed a beautiful blue pool, walking by it it was covered and half empty, they had only a waffle maker for breakfast, all the other “ included “ choices didn’t work at all!

Price

Stayed 6 days. Never got a working refrigerator. Took them over 6 hours to bring the TV remote and satellite receiver box. Kept calling every hour just to be told ?it'll be about 20 more minutes?.

Nothing, looked nothing like pics

They didn?t give me the room I booked, fridge didn?t work so they allowed me to use their fridge and then stuck my sub sandwiches in their freezer, they didn?t have an ice machine in hotel, and breakfast was non existent 2 pieces of bread and expired milk

did not have the kitchenette was promised for 3 weeks. finally decided to just stay in room we got. they promised compensation for the mishap. still haven't received those either

Rooms were stink. It says no smoking and there was marijuana smell in the total room.

The room had roaches also I had booked a king size bed and got a double be the attendant said there was no no kin beds but I payed in advance for a king bed the people that was on the top floor stayed up late making all types of noises then there was

It smelled like bug spray but still had roaches. The tv only had one chanel and remote didn't work. Advertised queen beds but were not. The door was not secured at all. Continental breakfast was coffee or juice only. Not really sure the juice worked.

It was quiet and clean

There wasn't a working tv and there were multiple light bulbs missing. There wasn't continental breakfast either

This was the dirtiest, nastiest hotel I have ever booked or stayed in. The bedspreads I don¿t think were ever cleaned, we had cigarette ashes on the toilet seat of a non smoking room, the floors have never seen a broom the bathroom walls has poop on them

Do not stay here nasty

Good location, right off the I-35. They had good coffee, eggs, sausage and my favy waffles. But have to hurry in before the guys that live in the hotel to get what you want. My wife and I are waiting for our place to be built to move in and having

Hate to be the one to say, but, they have a bug problem. They have problems with the regular tenants that stay for long and all that. My wife and I will be sleeping and about around 11:00 pm, my whole room smells like pot or other chemicals that is brew.

Staff is really nice and the beds was comfy!

Need more breakfast choices!

Staff was friendly, pool was clean, great coffee and good location.

The room we got was facing the west, so around late in the afternoon the sun would heat up the room. They had good A/C units plus I brought a fan for the room. It all worked out well..

Clean and nice workers

The people that had dogs with them and they kept barking!

Close to freeway. Both of the young ladies at the desk (check-in & check-out) were very friendly and efficient.

This hotel needs to be razed & replaced. It¿s worn, crooked anddirty and no amount of maintenance is going to save it. Badly stained towels, worst ¿hot breakfast¿ ever! Tough, dry scrambled eggs (yesterday¿s maybe) and luke warm mystery-meat sausages.

Air conditioning worked great (and we needed it!)

Bathroom was dated and not well maintained.

The water leaking from the ceiling after a thunderstorm and we were on the first floor. Also we had a water leak under the front door. And we were unable to get to sleep until after 4:00 am waiting on the maintenance man.
