Hampton Inn & Suites Ada

There was construction going on in the dining. room and entrance. i was not informed of this when booking the room. I was very disappointed in this. The TV was not working when i arrived. once i got it on the channels were still limited.

Room and location

Cable didn¿t work in one room the other room remote didn¿t work.

It was clean and saff were helpful and friendly.

Clean upon driving in; parking easy; kind, greeting staff, clean entry, clean halls, and clean room. Overall, our stay was a very pleasant stay.

Nothing we would change at this time.

I liked how clean the hotel was! We moved from a nightmare of a place and it was a breathe of fresh air to come to this hotel! The breakfast/dining room staff were very kind and accommodating!

We called the main number to ask if on-site laundry was available to us (we were in town for a tournament and needed to do laundry), however when we got there, we were told the dryer was out of order...but both actually were. We had to find a laundromat.

Very clean and updated. Comfortable beds.

A lot of member parking leaving very little safe lighted parking areas for other guests.

The staff was incredible

The entry door to our room dragged on the ground when you would enter the room from the hallway. I felt like I was at the motel 6 . For $--- a night I would have thought you could at least open the door with no issues - #2225

Every one was nice to us. The beds and room were comfortable to be in

I did not like them wanting to charge my card for damages that had not even occurred. I do not know how to spell the word they used. However they took out a $100 from my account. I did not even have the $100 there and was worried that it would bounce.

Location of the hotel and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good too.

That it doesn't have an indoor pool for the kids.

Room was very clean and smelled very fresh when entered. The front desk staff were very friendly. Location was ideal.

Wish it had an indoor swimming pool and hot tub.

The General Manager was very helpful! Also, Hotel Employee at the front desk is a delight!

Wasn't confirmed on room type, ended up in a handicap room that faced the outside portico and a couple of the front desk staff were not very accommodating in the beginning of my trip.

The manager, is a huge negative to this establishment. He’s untruthful and only concerned about his own self interests.
