Bed bugs. The manager was defensive / argumentative, didn't acknowledge or believe that there were bed bugs and refused to help. Unfortunately, the customer care was poor and I will avoid this hotel in the future.

I stated the "breakfast" wasn't a breakfast only breads/carbs being offered I was berated than charged 40 dollars for early check in (night shift there only 5 hrs till next shift) total cost was ---- for unclean room, broke bathtub fixture

Sheets stained not sure if clean till smelled edge. Need new sheets and better towels. No elevator have knee brace on.

Rooms & bathrooms were very clean (under new management). No carpet. Staff went over & above all expectations in helping us with luggage Check-in/out was quick & easy. No loud noises that kept us awake. Very quiet surroundings at night. Excellent

Rooms are smaller than most average hotel rooms that have 1 queen bed. Ice machine (only one) was Out-of-Order. Hallways in PM have a strong, unpleasant odor of Curry. (Inn Keeper and family live on site?) Beds sag in the middle. Breakfast was just "

Fairly clean and well maintained for the pricepoint.

Very prominent cooking smells (indian spice). The family that manages this property lives there. There were several instances of them yelling in the hallway , seemingly at other customers or arguing amoung themselves.

It was close to restaurants and shopping. Allowed pets although they charge per pet per night.

Outside light was broken and flashed all night, rooms were dirty, bathtub had hair in it, no one at the front desk the whole time. Hallways were dirty needed vacuuming. Staff was rude, only rooms on 2nd floor no elevator. Left early went to another hote

First room tv did not work ,second room bed linens was ragged room smiled like incense , bathroom was rough, no plastic cups in room, only one towel one wash cloth, base board was stapled to wall with staples sticking out, refrigerator made racket

Room was OK. But, you get what you pay for applies here.

Room was too close to the lobby and elevator. I should have asked for another. The room above me must have been clogging all damn night. Breakfast was warm at best. Had to microwave everything

Absolutely nothing except it appeared to be clean.

Noisiest place we have ever stayed. Room was next to lobby and we could hear all kinds of guests/staff talking, yelling,and fighting throughout night. Hot breakfast was hot coffee only. Room was spartan with only a refrigerator and tv. Paper thin walls.

Room was dirty and nasty as well as all the mold and scum in bathroom. Noisy. We left went to another hotel. Would not recommend this place to any one.

The rooms were nasty. There was scum and mold in they bathtub and around the edges of the tile and tub as well they fixtures. There were old yowls. The floors/ carpet were very dirty not only in room but throughout the hotel.We did not stay we left.

We stayed for a ball tournament for my son. We needed a room for the night and everywhere else was full. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was nice

honestly the hotel is just really old. The sheets were clean but old and stained. Floors were swept but not mopped. Bathroom floor was dirty and towels had long black hair in them. Breakfast was nothing special. Soap bath was Terrible.

Air conditioner was not working properly did not cool the room very noisy difficult to sleep

The staff was rude, the TV, in the first room I was give didn't work, they're ice machine was out of service, in the second room I was given at 2pm the next day the heating system didn't work they did nothing to fix the issue when we let them know.

The hotel is a good value for the money. Clean and hot breakfast

The girl that checked me in was rude.i have never had this happen here the staff was always nice and helpful up until this encounter. The 1st time I stayed there I dealt with staff he was very personable and very helpful he answered all my questions

Location and convenience

After I booked and paid for it online, when I got to the hotel, they told me that I needed to give them an additional 50 dollars. The whole reason I got the hotel was for the price. They should update it and tell people they charge 50 extra on arrival.

Last time I stayed there, it was fantastic. This time, the room smelled musty, the refrigerator made noise all night, and the bathtub wasn¿t draining properly, so I stood in a foot of water when I showered. Only there 1 night, so it was fine.
