Hampton Inn & Suites Wilmington

I haven't had a good experience in a hotel in a very long time . The hotel decor was beautiful. The stuff was so welcoming. My room was so clean and Big.

Clean. Modern, convenient, good pricing

The view of pond out back, lobby, pool.

Beds and pillows could be a little firmer.

We were very disappointed no cold water in shower staff said nothing they could do

Coffee all day clean and a friendly staff.

I wish the pond had more water for the ducks and geese

The pillows are terrible. Fridge screamed all night. Breakfast was terrible. Barely any meat.

Breakfast open for early risers

Having to tell them to clean my room. If they are not going to automatically clean daily, they should ask your preference.

The staff here is all about cust servi. All you need to do is ask & they¿ll do their best to get what you need. hotel employee you we just amazing! And I believe hotel employee was another manager who also . All the staff & housekeeping were very friendly & professional.

1)Add adult time for the pool, no teens or kids allowed for an extra hour added onto the end of the evening. 2)make the outside entrance to the outdoor front patio be free of cigarette butts & more garbage cans outside.

Very clean & the staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice set up. Breakfast was good.

They booking gave us the handicapped accessible room so the shower water made the floor a little bit messy- but not the hotel¿s fault. But was still a really nice room.

It was the perfect hotel for the Muddy Princess 5K Run guests. We had a blast staying there. Hotel employee was awesome and helped us with anything that we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Plenty of protein choices and fruit.

Cleaniness

Front desk service was unacceptable. Double charged for room for 1 party and another party charged for 2 rooms, because same last name.Front desk could have avoided any confusion by doing their job more professionally.

Breakfast was nice, tub was wonderful.

Pillows, but I should have brought mine from home... I am picky.

The shelf under the sink counter is convenient for holding travel supplies. Also, the wall shelves behind the door holding the coffee maker and cups is good design and provide additional storage place for supplies. Desk provided portable hair dryer.

Bathroom needs towel bars next to sink. Only wall hooks for towels exist, which are far away near the toilet. Very inconvenient location. Black stuff came out of the wall hair dryer, which smelled hot. Hard boiled eggs should have shells removed.

I always enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn. Great service, friendly staff and good breakfast. Hotel is pet friendly and very accommodating with pets.

Nothing is wrong with this hotel.

The location was great for where we wanted to be. Staff was efficient, and polite.

I could write my name in the dust on the furniture. I realize that this isn't a busy time of years for them....but when they have an incoming reservation it would be nice to spruce up the room the guests will be occupying.

Everything was clean, safe and as expected. Loved the green space out back.

We were a member of a large wedding party and were supposed to have welcome bags in our rooms they were not there and we had to remind the staff.

The friendliness of the staff. Nice size, clean room.The bathroom was large and afforded adequate space for all our toiletries. The kitchen staff puts out a wonderful breakfast...many choices. The hotel is very customer friendly.

The staff were amazingly friendly, the room was way bigger then I was expecting

The bed was a little uncomfortable. I couldn't place my figure on why but it hurt my back a little. nothing I couldn't deal with and it wont stop me from using this hotel again

Soft bed, good pillows, good shower, delicious breakfast

Clean, well maintained, friendly staff. Would stay there again.

A bit too far off I-75, central to the town I guess. Was traveling up 75 and stopped for the night.
