Location. Also, they helped us take our bags upstairs to our room since there iisnt an elevator

The door locks to the outside were broken. Key card was not needed - not secure! This is why I would not recommend :-)

TV didn't work in my room and the guy switched them out for me. Really nice guy

Price

Towels were dirty and blood stains were on the sheets. There were gnats and stinkbugs inside the hotel and room... A LOT OF STINKBUGS! Though I would not have attempted to use it based on the low level of cleanliness, the in-room hot tubs did not work.

The location was close to the college.

The whole hotel is outdated. Stained carpet and stains on the ceilings from water leaking. The shower curtain would not stay closed so the floor got soaked. The window was unlocked and did not lock easily. The lobby had a weird smell too

Had plenty of parking

This hotel needs to be updated! The beds and towels seem to be the original from the 70¿s. Drywall and paint are pealing and have holes. Entire place smells bad.

The staff, he was really friendly and very helpful.

My 1st room was wrong was a double, then my TV wasn't working, light was burnt out, carpets were dirty and stains on everything. I think ---$ was to much for this room more like a --$ room

This hotel is old but clean and comfortable.

Price and location. Daily maid service. Stayed 2 nights and had maid service after the 1st night.

I found several hairs in the bed that were not mine. Both of our keys failed to work long before we were to check out.

The room was average, bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the staff was very nice.

I was sad to see that breakfast is not being offered in any capacity, the pool is closed, and the phone/internet/cable was down during our stay. Was expensive for what it was, just a place to sleep and shower for a day.

The air conditioner filter was very clean and the unit worked great.

the staff was overly invasive of my privacy. The breakfast was terrible. The vending machine was empty. The staff at the front desk were impolite. I was charged twice, I was charged a deposit on my card in addition to the fee, and paid 100 cash deposit.

Room was immaculate! Friendly staff, and even though we arrived late (after midnight), room key and check in paperwork was all printed up and set aside, ready to go. Complimentary breakfast was great, and the hotel is pet-friendly as well. Quiet location.

I would recommend this location to anyone staying in the area. If I return to the area, I will definitely book at the Royalton again.

It was a roof over my head

Lots of broken parts. Front door handle, fawcet in sink

This is not a 'dislike', just observation. The shower rod was loose and hanging crooked, I was worried it might fall.
