Nothing, terrible service.

Yes the bed bugs. Being bitten by the bed bugs, and not being given a refund for the night I did not stay due to bed bugs.

It was nasty and smelled horrible. Because of the bad weather from the hurricane, we didn't arrive until 3AM, if we had arrived before midnight as expected, we would not have stayed there.

Large room, good location, everything worked and was clean

Door was busted, hard to shut and couldn?t use the dead bolt.

Was skeptical based on others reviews, but it served its purpose well for us. We dont require much since we are not going to just sit in a hotel. Great location to the college and restaurants. It was dated, but was quiet and clean at least for us.

Housekeeping staff very friendly, desk help very willing to help. When TV said no service, desk help came to room to figure it out instead of trying to tell me over the phone what to try.

TV remote too difficult and no guide to find channels, just had to scroll through channels. No shampoo was supplied. Ice machine too far away.

Nothing except Location

This Hotel was Dirty inside and out. The Desk clerk called and woke me up at 7:00 a.m. on New Years Day. This was to tell me she gave me the wrong paperwork the night before on check in.

WE were originally assigned a second floor room but after asking for a first floor room, they happily accommodated our request. The bed was comfortable, as was the room.

I was caught off guard that they had no hair dryer or shampoo. Plus they only had one small token bar of soap. There was no breakfast, which wasn't really a problem.

The price was great. It was also in a very convenient location and was easy to find. The man at the check in desk was very friendly. The room was very clean.

Apparently the main lobby is permanently closed, so you can only check in by using the night ¿lobby,¿ which is a tiny room with bullet proof glass. The tub didn¿t drain very well and the lock on our room¿s door needed some finesse to make sure it latc

The from desk/room to check in looks like a prison cell. The room was definitely disinfected The smell was so strong it sticks in your throat. The free breakfast did not exist. Its a sketchy motel at the end of the day.

The bedding was dirty and there were ants in the bathroom. It was close to a roadway that was loud.

Repairs were being made to the hotel while I was there with hammering during the day. No free breakfast was available as promised, said to be because of covid but no other business had that issue in the area. I would not use this hotel again.

Price. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Rooms could use an upgrade - toilet listed sideways, ac unit was loud. Not much of a breakfast selection.

No shampoo. Face broke out after sleeping on old, flat pillows. Face cleared up quickly after leaving. Room smelled like chemicals as if they were covering something up. Room was ample size, but filled with too much small furniture.
