Skylight Inn Willoughby - Cleveland Mentor

This is kind of a bare bones place, wasn’t expecting much. When I say I questioned what the trajectory of my life might taken had I had regular access to this type of shower earlier in life. Hot! Pressure! It was invigorating! It was everything!

We had to go buy hand soap & there aren’t enough outlets, specifically around the bed, only 1 nightstand. But it was clean, the bed comfortable & the towels were soft. I expected noise being a Saturday night, but it stayed pretty quiet.

There was nothing best about this hotel... This is a drug hotel!!! There's no deluxe King suites!! It's filthy dirty... We have pictures to prove it which I'm emailing you within the next hour.

Where do I start.. The floors were bowed The toilet leaked water when flushed.. there were blue stripper lights up along the ceiling.. The furniture was scratched all over not just a few nicks here and there The floors were bowed I could go on and on

Blood stained pillow case, brown stains on towels along w/long black hairs that clearly were not ours, floors not clean, no lamps on nightstands, rusted out tissue holder in bath, room VERY sparsely furnished & smelled of smoke.

Nothing, it was horrible and I want my money back. I stayed because I couldn't afford to just leave and get another hotel. I went to the store and bought cleaning supplies to clean the room myself so that is would be safe for my family to sleep there.

The room was filthy. It has blood in the sink and pee if all stages of drying on the toilet. I requested another room and that room was the same. I bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. I would like to be reimbursed for this hotel!

There was no housekeeping. The floor was filthy. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The room smelled like smoke even though it was classified as "non-smoking". There were cigarette burns on the sink, dresser and refrigerator. Flies in the room.

No face tissues, no coffee pot in room. Printed info handed to me states coffee in lobby starting at 6am. Arrived at lobby at 6;25. No coffee. Chair in room but no table or desk. Hallway carpets filthy.

Located within walking distance to restaurants Hotel as expected for a "low cost" stay, sometimes there's no need to pay for a hotel with all the amenities that I wont be using for a one night say

NOTHING AT ALL

Housekeeping does not clean the rooms or change the sheets or mop the floor this motel is like a zoo that hasn?t been cleaned in years. Staff has horrible attitudes towards customers and motel has a HORRIBLE BED BUG PROBLEM!!!

The bed was very cozy and comfortable. To be a inn it was very nice , room smelled fresh and clean.

My tube stopped up and it wouldn?t go down. The top of the head board looked to not be dusted. But everything else was fine

Hotel was filthy rooms were filthy the hallway where you walk filthy not clean, smelling like cigarette and weed nobody to clean the room we had to get linen

I like the price

I bring my own cleaning supplies because they definitely don't clean. The towels are nasty,and stained so I had to go buy my own.

Nothing but had a smokeing room. It was worse place I¿ve ever stayed. I will never stay there again.

Everything it was filthy. Where¿s your mom ever had the beds were just like you had a boxspring that was it pillows or plastic room was disgusting so we couldn¿t even touch the floor and watch the beds but yeah, I never again ever There was no samples.
