Hyatt Place Cleveland/Westlake/Crocker Park

We we pleasantly surprised to have the hotel walking distance from the entertainment we had booked for the day.

The breakfast was not great. Fruit was mushy, French toast was rubbery, just very underwhelming.

Clean easy to access to the freeway. Convenient- Trader Joe¿s is really close

Nice location in a safe area. We liked the hotel itself. They had a nice breakfast as well.

We did not like having to park in the parking garage, and then walk pretty far distance to get to the front door of the hotel. If it was really bad weather, that would¿ve been more difficult than it already was walking in the cold, wet weather.

I like the location, that it offered a room that sleeps 5 and that it is a newer hotesl

This is the 2nd Hyatt stayed at w/thermostat issues. This hotels thermostat was all over the place.It was set to 69 but it was too hot, set it to 67, then 66, woke up at 4 sweating and was 80 degrees. Complained @ check out & apparently this happens alot.

Need a mirror over the desk. Could not believe there was only a mirror in the bathroom and a full length one by the wardrobe. Not good for 2 women in a room

The surrounding area provided great restaurants, stores, a movie theatre and more. The hotel was situated perfectly in this comfortable, clean area of Cleveland.

Convenience to the places we need to be.

Floors needed to be more cleaned/maintained. Crumbs on floor in room,general lobby area¿s glass doors/windows could have used some extra care. BUT overall our stay was enjoyable.

The staff was very helpful. Although the entire hotel was booked, they were able to meet my request for two adjoining rooms.

It was a very cold weekend in March, and the lobby was very cold! Uncomfortably cold. It made my breakfast experience less than desirable.

Everyone was always so friendly and helpful. Nice and clean located in the best area!

Newer than average Hyatt Place in a great location. Properly appointed and classic HP rooms with great beds. Free parking in deck behind the building. Better than average COVID-style breakfast. Desk clerk was very helpful in resolving snafu in RSVP.

The staff and location. Consistently go above and beyond to help. Needed an early check in for meeting.... done. Needed last minute copy... done. Exceptional service. Trust me, this is not the norm in Ohio.

The room was spacious

The beds were very uncomfortable. The staff was rude at both Check-in and checkout.

The location is really close to restaurants and outdoor amenities.

The toilet would just start running. Then when maintenance came it stopped. And then started again.

Other Hyatt Place hotels have a bit larger rooms. In saying that,the room was larger than an average hotel room.

Clean ,wide lobby big room . Especially location is fantastic. Right near hotel there is bug outdoor shopping area and restaurants and bars. Without car , we can walk ariund . Definitely we will visit this hotel again!

I wanted a King but only got 2 queens. Also the parking is very inconvenient.

This was a special request visit, and all of my expectations were met, and far exceeded them. Furthermore, the security was so amazing! Even though i paid for the room for someone else, i was not able to visit family without providing identification.

Nothing. Everything was great! i guess if i had to complain about something, I wish they had a bigger pool.
