Convenient location

The room was filthy. Broken glass on the floor of the bathroom. Used q-tips under the bed. The carpet had not been swept (especially under the bed). The toilet handle was broken so it wouldn't stop running. Vanity light above the sink didn't work.

Quiet, location was good.Easy access to & off the highway.

No microwave. I pay extra to upgrade the room to deluxe, & it didn't have a microwave. The bathroom was fair size.

The gentleman working was kind.

Cleanliness. Constant police patrolling. Dead bed bugs. Bath didn't drain.

Fire alarm not attached to wall. No towels to take a shower. Stuff on walls. Faucet ran all night. Shower looked dirty. Sheets were GROSS. Dirty. Yellow stains. Couldn't get extra pillows.

Low cost, convenient ;ocation for my trip purposes.

Upon my arrival at the room, I discover that my sink was clogged. Pay more attention to room funcionality.

Group gathering near my room till early morning... smoking and drinking which would make my room smell like smoke

no elevators, good thing there was one room left for the handicapped on the ground floor. mattress needs to be replaced, i thought the springs would pop out

Location, cleanliness

No Coffee pots in room. No mini fridge. Unwillingness of staff to help, I had medication that needed to be refrigerated. I had to walk accross the street to reheat some leftovers.

Room floor was filthy. Grass and bugs. Not sure if they were roaches. Took a shower and the water turned brown from dirty feet walking barefoot in the room. When I checked in they didn¿t have my handicap bathroom with a roll in shower as was on my emai

Everything. Beds uncomfortable, dingy old rags and towels. Smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Loud neighbors, kids running being loud at 12 am. Food under beds.

It's close to the highway. It has a fan for white noise at night. I need that.

No continental breakfast.

Easy location off the Interstate.

It's a basic bare bones motel, but more than adequate for an overnight stay while on a longer trip.

I was there for a business trip and I must say that I got more than what I was expecting. i have stayed at dozen of hotels in the Cleveland area. This was on the top of the list of best stays ever. The rooms were clean, and very comfortable.

Cheap hotel

How they charge a $50 fee before check in even after you pre paid. It never said anything about it when i booked. I never stayed at a hotel that did that. Now i gotta wait 10 business days for it to come back but took 10 sec to come off my card

The staff  the manager and Melody the Cleaning Associate top notch . The rest of the staff and the owner friendly and made the stay a pleasure.

When we checked in there was two bags of trash left in our room ¿ dirt under the bed and no toilet paper or towels .

We got a room on a budget when we needed it.

The room was sufficient for my needs but a carpeted floor would have went easier on the socks.

Easy to get to, and was right off of the main highway. Staff very friendly and accomendating.
