Hampton Inn Cleveland/Westlake

We expected the standard Hampton Inn. The room was oddly shaped, dingy, and was not the cleanest! The breakfast buffet area was creepily lacking lights.

Toilet constantly running. Squeaky doors, the entrance and bathroom.

Location is outstanding! Close to everything. Room is very modern. Breakfast is FREE and delicious!! Nice to have hot water and cocoa available after hours, as well as cold water (with ice cubes). Staff was very friendly. Parking is free, too.

Bed looked comfortable, but mattress was not- very hard. Pillows were too soft. lol

Clean, great staff. Chocolate chip cookies in lobby along with coffee, tea and cocoa

Room was kind of small but adequate

Bathroom no towel rack and fan didnt work right

The bed and sheets were comfortable.

The rooms and hotel were damp and no fan in the bathroom.

Easy to get to Interstate

Room on ground level making room window visible to all passers-by Breakfast was fair at best Small, quirky building

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We got room service each time we requested. (Stayed 5 days)

No microwave in room. Breakfast was okay, out of fresh fruit on 2 days.

My room was not on first floor as requested and confirmed. I got a first floor room but at the end of hall.

The walls are paper thin. Heard everything from room next door. Like if there was no wall.

The staff was so kind and the rooms were very clean!

No beg bug covers!! The lighting in bedroom is mediocre. The sink stuck out too far from the wall, Making it difficult to put eye contacts in or even apply makeup. Having the faucet placed at corner of sink isn¿t very functional.

The hot breakfast was great. We used the breakfast area for a sit down dinner one night.

The bed was just ok.

Proximity to destination

1/2 hour to check in...finally the king size bed I had reserved ended up a single double bed in handicap room. Stayed 2 nights nobody cleaned the room. Price of $--- per night, $--- total, was too high

Private,Quiet,conveniently located.

The hotel was close to my parents, whom I was visiting.

A young hockey player kept knocking on my door & yelling. I called the front desk two times - no one answered. The third time I called, a nice woman picked up after multiple rings. If this had been a real emergency, the front desk should promptly answer

Service was excellent considering they were renovating most of the hotel it¿s self.

I felt the price was kinda high being we had to go through during their renovations. No shuttle to go to the surgery at St John¿s medical only which was 2 miles away. Would have paid considerably being the weather was so bad, snow storm.

The young lady at check is is so pleasant and inviting

It¿s unfortunate that, being so close to Crocker Park, the rooms have not been updated and properly cleaned/sanitized. This is truly a great location but it¿s potential has not been realized.

They don¿t have microwave and refrigerator inside the room. And no microwave available in the whole hotel. We struggle to heat up milk for my infant

Staff is super friendly. Hotel is quiet overall. The location was great and fairly convenient. This place was fairly clean and in perfectly acceptable condition for the price.

There's not really anything terrible about this hotel. The bed skirt had some smudges/stains that were not visible unless you really looked, I looked.

This hotel was in a great location within walking distance to Crocker park. Everything was was super clean and the breakfast was an added bonus!

I realize they are making upgrades but the construction outside are room was really noisy. I¿m thinking they should have given rooms on the opposite side of the building. I would have definitely given all tens then.
