Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Westlake

It was clean.

No complimentary coffee in the hotel lobby. They make you pay for it! No Apple Pay Supported Breakfast isn't free and the breakfast burrito was trash Only 40" TV Damn kids everywhere.

The elevator was dirty. Kids were running up and down the hallway early in the AM. The TV didn’t work. I had to call guest services at least 5-6 times before they picked up because the WiFi didn’t work.

The sitting area on first floor was cozy and inviting . I appreciated it for family staying in different rooms to have a place to visit.

The front desk person was amazing and very friendly. The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable.

Disappointed there was not a free breakfast.

Room smell bad Carpet dirty/sticky Blood stain on bed cover. Just not very clean No refresh service 2nd night and not advised of this until at checkout, hotel employee said policy was posted but I didn't see it. ?Bistro? understaffed; limited coffee choice.

Staff was very friendly and on top of things. Hotel was full but you could not hear much of anything once you were inside your room. Beds were comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower.

breakfast was limited and expensive. not walking distance to an other attractions.

This hotel is old, tired and in desperate need of upgrading. The rooms are very dark, not enough lights. The outside furniture is old and dirty. The food in the lounge area is way too expensive.

Not enough towels for 4 guests. Only 3 sets given.

Room was dirty, trash can was full of old beer cans and trash. Balcony was full of trash. Hotel alllowed children to make noise and slam doors, yell all night. Alerted the staff and they didnt act. They just said "yeah, its a hockey team". No help...

Great location. Easy to get to where we wanted to go. Staff was very friendly. Love the no contact checkout. Great hot water and water pressure(too many hotels skimp on this!)

Not quite as clean as I had expected. Sink was dirty, there was blood on the sheets (just a few spots, you can tell it was old and had been washed, but still not a good look on stark white sheets). Not a bad stay, but probably wouldn¿t pick it again.

Nicely done room and very modern looking. Quiet and clean, and polite staff.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff

We have traveled several times during 2020 and 2021. This is the first hotel that offered nothing for breakfast.

It is clean and quiet, located conveniently off the freeway service drive with easy access to Westlake, Fairview Park, and Cleveland's west side.

The bathrooms are a little dated.

Hotel was very clean and they are COVID compliant. The rooms were clean. Hotel is older so rooms could use some updating. It was nice and comfortable, but nothing spectacular.

Not really. Just frustrated with the COVID restrictions at hotels. Not the hotels fault. They are very compliant and I appreciate the effort!!

lobby and seating area, met a business associate there and seating is very comfortable and well lit. The room was very nice, staff was excellent.

nothing open, no exercise, no pool, no food

Hotel very worn and outdated. Bathroom had moldy grout. No lighting outside when arrived. Inquired at front desk and was told it was on a timer and did not offer to try to turn them on. Had to leave to get supper in the dark. Not safe at all.

Very Quiet , luxurious Was assured that Marriot was working to keep the place “Covid-Free”; I missed having in-hotel Starbucks , but due to Covid virus this did feel safer ( no restaurant or coffee served in- house) Easily accessed onLine reservat

There were No signs that said due to a Pandemic, no food service or Starbucks. Would have liked to know this up front. Would have preferred the msging to be: due to Covid, no food or Starbucks inhouse; therefore the room fees are 20$ off, for example.

Amazingly, comfortable bed. Great location. Friendly staff.

Room was not overly clean. When I checked-in, a used bar of soap was still in the shower, and there was hair in the sink.
