- Clean, Nice comfy bed, big bathroom, really cold refrigerator ( instead of waiting 6 hours for it to cool down) good price.
- Nothing really. It may have been the worst hotel experience of my lifetime -- and I'm 57 years old.
- The one staff member we saw during our three day stay was friendly.
Cons -
- Breakfast needs to be extended longer
- I walked in early to see when check in was and the clerk was a little rude and nonchalant. I used the lobby bathroom and it was messy so I was a little worried about how the room would be. The room was good tho and the second shift clerk was much nicer.
- no attendent on duty (check-in was via a virtual kiosk operated by an off-shore agent). First room, the carpeting was soaked with run-off from AC. Second room was occupied!!!!! Third room had wet carpeting, but not quite as bad as first.
