Clean and conve isn't to restaurants and shops

No microwave to heat up instant oatmeal. Could only add hot water and not able to cook it! Plus pillows were horrible. No stuffing. Head fell flat on the mattress.

Cleanliness and location

The water in the shower was barely warm and quickly became cold, making it a very quick shower. I told the desk clerk about it when I left.

Rooms looked like they had been updated.

There was no body wash in the shower pumps, it was completely empty and had not been refilled. I was dissatisfied with not having body wash because I was excited about trying the new body wash.

Location .. having a gym

The room doors did not provide a sounds barrier. You could easily hear hallway noise .. other doors opening & closing and people talking At 530 am 3 ladies we¿re trying to get into our room.. they didn¿t look properly at the room number

We like the city of Troy that was nice

Since the moment we walked in the front door it was a mess they're doing re modeling we found hair in our bed there was nothing for breakfast so no we will never be staying at Hampton Inn. Again.

I like the location and the friendly staff that are always willing to help. I like having a first floor when I stay there.

The buffet breakfasts aren't very good and everything that is prepared very salty. Salt can always be added but never taken away. The food is pretty cheap in quality.

The room was beautiful and very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The toilet was very low to the floor, causing me a to fall back onto the seat. Feel there needs to be a taller toilet . Aside from this the room was perfect.

Staff, especially the desk clerk who checked us in, were great!

Room was not cleaned well. Found wad of hair on wall in shower and crumbs and brown flakes in one of the queen beds.

I liked the comfortable bed and pillows, and the room was very quiet. I was able to have a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean except for a some dust on the base of a floor lamp.

You can never go wrong with Hampton Inn! Any location I¿ve ever been to staff is excellent, room is clean & more than comfortable beds

The staff was amazing, great with the kids and allowed dogs.

With covid most of the places around the hotel are closed, not the hotels fault but it made it a little hard to do lunch and dinner with the family

It was VERY clean and everyone friendly! The food was good at breakfast and some HOT choices! Safe area and parking! Quiet at night too!

Clean, quiet, easy access to room, plenty of towels

Modified Covid breakfast was abysmal compared to a similarly priced competitor I stayed at the night before ¿ very little selection of hot items and poor quality of fresh/hot meal. Overall selection was small and inadequate considering price per night.

The room was clean. I could see where they took action to sanitize. The staff was extremely courteous.

They were exceptional in helping us with all needs. Needed towels due to my young daughter placing "no service" hangar on door and had them in hand in less than 2 minutes. Very kid & adult friendly.

The hotel was awesome. The staff was very friendly. There are a lot of places to eat in the area.

The bed really was not comfortable. We felt like we were better off sleeping on the floor unfortunately.
