Holiday Inn Express & Suites Troy By IHG

Cleanliness and friendly staff. Decor of rooms and good updates in bathrooms. Clean soft sheets, good pillows, 4 on each bed. Big screen TV but limited channels .

Yes, AWFUL PAPER THIN SCRATCHY TOILET PAPER! Get Charmin or Sam’s Club ! Breakfast not replentished as they ran out with most room filled. Even 5 minutes after 9 am with breakfast ending at 930 am, the only long left? Two tiny sausages. Where’s eggs?

This hotel was so clean and so equipped. It was an amazing experience. There were two women who did the morning breakfast Buffet, and they were so thorough constantly cleaning and meeting the needs of everyone. What a pleasant experience.

If I had to find anything negative about this hotel, it seems like the elevator was a little slow

Breakfast! Coffee available anytime!

My room was in disrepair! It needs some TLC!!

Street lights in room all night, plus rock hard bed,and took $25.00 deposit, which is not returned yet

Location

The sink was backed up. Nasty stuff floating in water that would not drain. Super loud. Offered me a free night if I was a member, which I'm not. Frustrating.

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel looks recently updated. The room was clean and the bed was excellent.

The pool room was disgusting with mold everywhere The water was so murky hairy and disgusting Im pretty sure it hasnt been cared for in months Then a entire teenage football team with there drinking parents come in and ran my family out being belligerent

Convenience, the staff was very pleasant and smiling and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Convenient to where I had to be.

Terrible staff. We asked 4 times over 4 days for housekeeping and no one came. We ran out of toilet paper. No clean towels, old coffee pods in machine, couldn?t get any coffee for the room.

Yes,, the bathroom was not cleaned and we let the front desk know and didn't do nothing about it. The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all, and ruthless, not willing to help.

Had no extra toothpaste when asked- had to run over to Walmart which was close(no big deal)

Quick and easy check in. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good! No issues during our stay.

The staff was very helpful. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready. The staff allowed us to check in and get our keys so we didn't have to stop at the front desk after attending an event.

The room was comfortable. There were only 2 coffee cups in the room which forced us to reuse our cups for other drinks. Breakfast was great but not refilled in a timely manner.

Cleanliness and location.

Too many kids in the pool for too many hours.

Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff nice.

Room did not smell to good. Bathroom had much wear in and around bathtub area. Bathtub was dingy.

Very clean and the breakfast was awesome!

The only thing I would have liked was real cream with my coffee but I used the creamer they had available still.

Nice sized room comfortable suite furniture.

Poor communication: they closed the Resturant very early after being told by front desk something different, keys wouldn¿t work on side entrance in the rain¿ when we arrived we were informed the water would be shut off starting sharp at 8am until 4:30 pm

The location, price, breakfast and sheets. They were like sleeping on clouds. I would like a set of them for home.

Clean, friendly service, good location.

Staff at breakfast¿Great!

Bad bathroom electric outlet. No towel bar by sink to hang hand towel.
