- I didn’t stay there because it was completely under construction and I want my money refunded. Your taking my money and it was completely under construction is almost a crime and I want someone to talk to me and tell me why I shouldn’t report this to the authorities!!!!!

- We drove out of town and when we got to the hotel it was border up. Booking.com did not tell us they had a fire a 4 months prior. There were no hotels because everyone had traveled for the solar eclipse. We had to turn around and drive home.

We could have been told the property was closed.
