Dirty drugs being dealt in parking lot Nothing working water off for a day pool hot tub not working and wasn’t informed sheets dirty bathroom mold just absolutely disgusting

The pool

There was no hot water Breakfast was repeated two days in a row there was no mirror inside the room other than the one in the bathroom drainage was really bad toilet barely flushed the smell of marijuana through the hallways

The price for the stay was affordable

It wasn’t the cleanest, the water was cut off at one point and we could not flush the toilet or wash our hands etc

2 towels for 4 ppl In the room. No towels at the pool. People partying in the parking lot. Unruly teenagers jumping from walls in pool area.

The room we got the heat didn’t work and the window wouldn’t shut all the way. Location was really dirty and would definitely not stay here again-

Leaving

No elevator, garbage everywhere, smell of pot all around, dead animal in the ceiling, felt unsafe

Front staff was nice and accommodating

The room had double beds and one of the blankets had a huge stain in the center. All the floors outside the rooms were warped and I’m disabled and must have tripped on them 5x. There were also several spots on the wall where someone smashed a bug.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bug free.

Not any handicap accessible

Poor ventalilation, smell smoking from vents, hallways jhot, warped floors in hallwsay, poor breakfast.…

Nothing. The hotel had roaches crawling everywhere in the daylight. You could also tell where it was flooded inside. A whole foot of standing water in a few separate areas on the first floor.

Yes, we paid to be there for an hour and see roaches in the pool, the. On the tables in the pool room, just to get back to the room WHERE OUR STUFF WAS and there be roaches everywhere everytime we moved anything. I still never received my refund.

Hot tub

Pool area is only open from 10am to 9pm found a small cockroach in my bathroom

Ice machine broken. Only one luggage cart for hotel. Bathroom door wouldn’t close.

Clean

Breakfast was disappointing to say the least! No bacon sausage oats toast etc. no coffee cups. Only a waffle or muffin!

Old, smelly, faulty air conditioning, wet carpet in room.

nothing! My boyfriend and I checked in and the remote battery was dead. The sheets had blood stains and there was hair in the tub, bathroom sink and on bed. When complaining was told had no rooms.

The water was cold in the shower. Front desk worker was rude.

Had a handicapped accessible bathroom, but still a long ways to walk to get to the room.

I did not like the TV in the room - it was hard to change channels, or get to what we wanted to watch. Also, I thought I had asked for 2 beds in the room, and we only had 1 king size bed.

They had availability

Everything. No extra pillows, hole in the bathroom ceiling, paint chopping off the bathroom door, rugged were filthy. Breakfast was apples, cereal, and the line for waffles was so long.
