- The coffee pot and tray were not very clean.
- Room was clean overall but the bathroom floor was dirty and hadn't been cleaned and there was a used bar of soap out in the shower. Otherwise, everything else was fine.
- The cleaning crew were loud. Especially one early morning, they were gathered in the hall speaking loudly. The tub had mold. There were 3 police cars outside the hotel when we got back from dinner & down the hallway from us they were talking to someone.

At the time of stay. Pool was down for repairs. But was accommodated with the adjacent hotel to use their pool.
Quite, no disturbance
When I arrived reservation was canceled. When I left I was charged for 4 different taxes. That's ridiculous.
The warm welcome that every Staff person gave us made us feel appreciated. The room was incredibly comfortable and quiet. Lovely hotel.

Nice clean room!! Friendly staff! good food at the breakfast with popcorn and goodies at night. We spend Christmas every year in our home town to get away and let the grandkids swim. They love it.
We enjoy making Hampton Inn our place to stay when traveling near Springfield. Great place to stay and staff treat us like family.
Not a thing.....maybe not being able to stay a little longer to enjoy the whirlpool...it is a really nice one.
