Hampton Inn Cleveland/Solon

The hotel was very clean. Many times I saw workers cleaning the lobby. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water with good shower pressure. The gym was a little small but updated.

The door to our room would stick so you had to really push with your body to open it and pull hard to close it. The bathroom towels were small and rough but everything else about the hotel was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Young lady at front desk was too busy looking at her phone to help with questions and rude. Trouble with wi fi, power went out in hotel, breakfast options limited compared to most Hampton Inns, and unhelpful front desk.

Hotel is clean and very well run. Check in was very quick and the staff was accomodating. The location was great and within walking distance to all of the entertainment venues and many nice restaurants and bars.

I loved the front desk agent. He was the best. Very friendly and accommodating. He treated us like family right from the start.

No hotel is perfect. However, this one was for the price.

To be honest: "Best" is not a word I would use. The BEST part was my company!

Customer service, clean bathroom, and pretty spacious.

The room does not have good lighting. They should add a better light.

I like the commute and attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I liked everything about the hotel.

The staff! We especially liked staff at the front desk; both were very helpful and fun!

Our room was a little small--but we managed.

I asked the night before that we wanted our room serviced the next day. We arrived back at the hotel that evening only to find nothing had been done to the room.

Cleanliness, Comfort, & the pool

Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner bottles are empty. :(

Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice.

Would be nice if there was some complimentary drinks or snacks in the room, or at some vending machines by the ice maker.

I just moved here and Dale was awesome at assisting me with places to eat, information about the area, and regularly checked in to make sure my stay was going well. The entire staff was great! Very kind people :)

The STAFF!!! Super job AAA+++ They went out of their way to accommodate me,;they were very professional, friendly, and did their job well! Give them a raise!!! Hotel employee and other night staff young lady (very unusual long name I can't remember)

Clean room, good amenities, friendly staff. Really nice that the pool has ¿adults only¿ times and that guests receive a discount at nearby restaurants.
