Well it was shocking to be awakened last night around 1130 pm with a man and a backpack entering my room Then after calling down to desk to get a call back to ask what was my last name Being concerned of being locked out i dressed and went to desk

Dirty old ceiling falling out dirty water in the hallway guest sleeping in the entrance bathtub rusted

This is a dark, old, run down room and hallways.

Staff friendly and helpful

Being remodeled but Hilton should close it until it is done. They?ve deferred maintenance and the bathroom and kitchen floors were dirty in all the corners, the shower hardware was gross, water leaked on shirts IN THE CLOSET! Nothing worked in fitness.

The shower head was crusty and barely trickled water

Yes i had a room in which was a program I really wanted to view but the tv did not work so when I asked for a solution they had no resolve and for the price I paid i feel I was cheated.

The room was not cleaned, the shower did not drain, I could not get room service from 7:00 pm to morning, the remote controls were hard to change channels.

Large room

Sticky kitchen floors. Didn¿t like the bedding.

The room was filthy: food, hair, and nail clippings everywhere, surfaces sticky. We cleaned the room to our liking but were then asked to change rooms. When we refused, we were charged for an upgraded room (though mgmt adjusted price on checkout).

The vanity lighting is great for makeup

The ceiling fans had not been dusted in some time and you could see the dust buildup on the sides of the blades. There was still hair in the shower from the previous guest. The iron was so broken I thought it could have been a safety hazard.

well appointed room; big TV, high ceiling, quiet room. good breakfast.

room 401 needs more attention to cleaning; shower had black mold in the grout, outside door had splashed drink on it that hadn't been cleaned up.

The everything was great but my bed was harder than I liked.need a feather bedroom soften the bed. Overall great place to stay.

Nothing but they can work on the breakfast it was cold and the sausage was not good. And the food was cold. But other than that it was a great experience there.

Quiet,room setup, would only recommend hotel to pet lovers (I have slight allergy symptoms)

Not enough TV options, first room issued needed clean was upgraded to premium room was nice but had dog/animal odor hair was tired did not complain.

Staff greeted me, helped with my bags and gave me bottles of water. Seems small but not to me. I¿ve been all over and this was by far the best!! Not only in room and location but there staff are incredible. I¿ve stayed 5 nights.

Too many guest with kids; running yelling. Fire alarm evacuated at 11pm.Found food in cabinet not clean properly

The lady at the front desk helped me very much with me being double charged for my stay, she was very polite and accommodating

Location

Room was average and condition was not up to advertised condition. It is very old

Staff attentive and helpful. Enjoyed hot breakfast. Room was nice and clean.

Carpet needed to be replaced. Did not look clean. Elevator not clean. Pet odor.

Layout of room and location

This hotel room was not clean at all! I was not even certain that the bedding was clean when I checked in. I mentioned it to the clerk at checkout and she sighed and said "we've been so short staffed". I will not stay here again.
