Room smelled terrible, like urine. was damp, and was dated.

Waited 10 minutes for desk person to check in, wi-fi did not work the entire time I stayed, shower was never hot---just luke warm water, no breakfast except toast and Danish rolls----no milk-butter-hot foods-etc., room had ceiling damage in main area.

Pool was freezing, hot tub was so low on water and it was luke warm. My bath water is hotter than that.

Close to where I wanted to be.

Found a French fry in my bed with a ton of salt. Only on worker at night, so we had to take everything off the bed and put new sheets, etc at 11:00 at night. Told hotel workers but they didn't seem to care. Said made notes for Manager.

It was on a main road, super close to the freeway.

The ceiling was leaking and falling in the hallway. I?m our room the ceiling was crumbling onto the floor. The toilet was wobbly and the shower didn?t look clean to the point we wouldn?t use it. Nor would we even take off our socks in the room.

Easy to book and check in. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Hotel was quiet. Close to parks.

One end of our hallway smelled heavily of marijuana even though it is a smoke free hotel.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. There are stores and restaurants all around and easily accessible.

The room was outdated and smelled old.

Clean, quiet, good breakfast, close to attractions, and decent price.

Nothing, it was awful

Broken ac, everything smelled like smoke, pillowcases had cigarette burns, black mold on shower, floors so dirty it turned out socks black. Power outlet hanging out of wall with exposed wires. So, so dirty.

3rd floor smelled strongly of burnt marijuana. There were kids running through the hallways after 11pm. Air Conditioner unit in room was extremely noisy.

Clean hotel. Good location and decent price. Good breakfast options.

Loud and rude guests with lots of children running through the hallways. When asked to keep quiet at 11:00pm the guests told me to get over it.

Upon entering my room, it was very cold. It was over 30 minutes to get to room temperature. No other complaints

Close to attractions. Clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Long check in due to other group¿s reservations not showing up in the computer for a while.

The hotel was clean and quiet. And the pool and hot tub was clean also. Nice bang for your buck.

Didn't like that fact that the only breakfast was store bought sandwiches along with the usual fruits and so on. Room didn't come with a microwave or fridge, but I suppose you have to get a suite for that.

Horrible smells, very dirty, mold in shower, felt the need to check for bed bugs

When we came in the hotel the bathroom had not been flushed for 1+ weeks We did not like the overall cleanliness it said no smoking but it smelled of tobacco

Staff cared about keeping things safe. Appreciated the housekeeping order sheets so we could list exactly what we needed.

Posted ratings are inflated. Breakfast sandwiches and pastries are pre-packaged foods, not freshly made. CC button on remote didn't work, toilet paper holder was broken, hair dryer was broken, alarm clock was not plugged in.

Breakfast was good staff was amazing beds were comfortable and the pillows were comfortable also

Pool was too cold

This hotel had a hot tub. A lot of hotels are doing away with that feature:-(

There was a cigarette smell in the bathroom of our non-smoking room, but the industrial Febreze that they gave us to use worked well to eliminate that odor. The heating / air conditioning did not keep the room at a constant temperature unfortunately.
