Check in lady was friendly, parking was good

Bed bugs, doors don't shut-paint, no tv, confrontational owner..was listed as new remodel but had bed bugs..owner threatened to call the police for me asking about why he isn't treating the problem. You should be able to mention bugs without threats.

Nothing there was bedbugs, urine stain, mattresses, vulgar wording on the walls in the bathroom the places unlivable this place should be closed down to the Board of Health

Everything. The room was unsafe. The bed was not setup right so I flip over. The shower was hard turn on. No light or worked wrong. Ask for the room to be cleaned and was told that they cleaned after guess check out.

The staff. The ladies are always so friendly and helpful. I came after the office closed and they still let me in. And on top of that, I must have accidentally booked a room with only 1 bed but the lady helped me get room with 2 beds instead.

There was no microwave in the room, but there is one u can use in the office. There wasn't a mini fridge that I could find anyways. The tv glitched a lot. The table lamp had a switch that was broken and hard to turn on and off. The pool was also closed.

The front desk staff were very helpful and nice.

The AC cover was not secured and hit me on the head and left bruises on my hand. The power outlets we loose and sparked when we plugged things in.

TV was not working. Found two cords unplugged from the power strip. One was the TV, the other? Maybe the fridge? Still couldn?t get the tv to turn on. I?d checked in about midnight and already got ready for bed before discovering this.

Location

The room wasn?t very clean. It was noisy. You can hear everything that goes on outside. The hair dryer and phone did not work. There were stains in the carpet. The bed was too hard. The volume button on the TV controller didn?t work.

Restaurant behind hotel. Free parking.

Was concerned about exiting the room after dark. I believe people are living in the hotel on a permanent basis. I did not see any bugs, but I would definitely refer to this as a roach motel. Wreaked of cigarette smoke. Hasn't been updated in decades.

It was close to stores restaurants an to cedar point

There was no refrigerator or microwave in my room as it said there was the pool there wasn¿t heated but it stated that it was.

number of things were broken, the toilet seat, the lights (cord was ripped off and hanging there), trash from the prior people renting the room. Nothing safe about it taking a toddler there.no cancelations, still charged for your crappy stay at this place

It was close to the dragstrip and close to many places to eat.

Very rundown. No chain on door. Found out on last morning the phone didn't work. No safety strips in shower/bathtub. Had to have TV reprogrammed as soon as we arrived. Very noisy on Saturday night with motorcycle guests playing loud music and reving

I didnt even stay there i lost my money because of the filthy conditions

the beds were bad there were holes in the walls there was a dunkin donuts box in there the area was horrible everything was horrible

The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and all my needs and aswell I love how close by it was to Cedar Point about 7min away which was fantastic.

To start of with we were down-graded to a queen size bed room due to the fact someone broke the King size bef frame when we enter the room the bed was not a queen size bed more like a bed for a child. The room had alot of bugs on the window, AC and more.

Location

Had a handicap parking spot by my room which was good for my mom, but the owner who was not handicap uses that spot as his own personal spot. I had to park on other side of hotel every night.

Most important positive is the staff. Everyone is awesome! 2nd most important positive is how clean everything is. Especially the pool. I was so impressed the 1st time I stayed there a few weeks ago, that we went back there again.

No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms.
