Quality Inn Port Clinton Waterfront

Nothing at all.

Room cleanliness, breakfast that the front desk guy did not even recommend, men who were making me uncomfortable, no water in the pool, the coffee the front desk guy even said was bad and recommended me to go elsewhere...... etc.

Room had spiders. Went to store to buy bug spray. Cobwebs on lamps, picture in bathroom was dirty, telephone in room didn't work and front desk was unattended.

Hotel was waterfront.. loved walking out back to Lake Erie! Hotel employee was great btw 😊

Cleanliness.. room smelled like wet dog n bathroom was visibly dirty.. Carpet definitely needs ripped out.

The lake front location is nice

Entire property is in desperate need of a top to bottom renovation. Overall in poor repair and dated. It has reached the point when clean no longer looks, feels or smells clean.

Dirty inside and out, standing water in hallway from broken ice machine, breakfast was bland, mattress was uncomfortable, air conditioning was loud and made a whining noise after every time it shut off, tv would randomly lose signal.

Bugs! Being handed a plunger to fix someone else's mess, red and possible black mold in bathroom, lumpy bed, no elevators

Bed bugs. We had four rooms and they all had bed bugs.

THEY OVER CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD,THE ROOM WAS ---$ MY CARD WAS CHARGED OVER 1230$ FOR 1 SINGLE NIGHT ,THEY HAVE REFUNDED ALL BUT 168$ BUT ITS BEEN A NIGHT MARE

The cleanliness of the lobby and room

The breakfast was not hot as they advertised it. Everything was cold and overcooked, and the staff was hard to get a hold of at first I sat in the lobby for about 10 to 15 minutes before I even got to talk to someone to check in

Clean and in good location next to Lake Erie.

Double beds were small at full size and bottom sheets would not stay on the bed. Breakfast was pretty bare and didn¿t see anybody working to ask for something.

Close to jet express

Loud mechanical noise every night. The hotel did not compensate for this.

The location is really close to everything within 10 minutes and super close to the ferry to go over to put in Bay.

I did not like the fact that the room smelled heavily of smoke, even though all rooms are non smoking

The pool and lake in the back.

The first room was wrong. I booked a 2 bed 1 king + 1 pull out sofa bed but got a jacuzzi room that smelled like urine room 116. They lied to me & said no other rooms were available but told another patron with no reservation they had one 2 bed left.

Pet fee was outrageous! I had to pay an extra 200.00 for my 2 little dogs. Highway robbery !!!The worst room in the place! Coffee was watered down water!

Staff is great! Location is awesome! Inside area clean except the carpet in our room was pretty stained. The outside windows are covered in cobwebs.

The location and the view it has was the best part of our stay. The breakfast was just okay.

We had bed bugs on our beds which disturbed our sleep. The front desk assistant helped us get a different room which was fine.

The amount of spiders all over the exterior of the property is almost overwhelming. You cannot enjoy sitting outside. All windows are covered with spiders and webs. No exaggerating, I've never seen so many. A little effort in pest control wouldn't hurt.

Went to pool in back of hotel for a swim- A lady took over the pool for her dogs to swim in, went out at night to enjoy the stars and was met with 4-6 drunk kids smoking weed and playing very very loud music on the back patio, I will choose a better hotel

Location was waterfront with great deck are for relaxing.

Our room had a water view, but the windows were dirty. Lots of cob webs and dust, bird droppings. The building need an outside cleaning. The pool was closed for maintenance when we first arrived, not "opened" until Saturday, but it was not circulating.
