- They questioned me about my ada certified service dog and because my vehicle was packed from stem To stern, they charged me an extra $20 for my service which is completely illegal!!!!

- Ants in the room. Overcharging
- There was no passage to room from check in foyer. Had to walk to an outside entrance from the car park.
