The Econo Lodge is located within minutes of the Ohio Turnpike on State Route 250, close to the Cedar Point Amusement Park. It is also close to attractions like the Norwalk Raceway Park and Lake Erie Island. Other popular attractions include the Sandusky Speedway, the African Lion Safari and Firelands College. The Griffing Sandusky Airport is only 20 miles from the hotel. There are swimming, boating and fishing areas close to the hotel. There are also a variety of restaurants and cocktail lounges in the area, including Bob Evans, Burger King, Ponderosa Steakhouse, Sugar Creek, Four Monks and Homestead. - Nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place for $--- a night. The continental breakfast was a joke. The room next to us had most of the furniture outside the door. Guessing bugs or something worse.

Cons -
- The guy in charge barely spoke English. It takes the guy forever to come to the window. The TV didn't work. We were supposed to stay 2 days, but we refused to stay the 2nd night. The covers had burn marks in them. Breakfast was cereal and milk.
- Very rude manager No breakfast as advertised, just coffee and bananas
- The staff was uninterested at best!
