There is not an elevator. We were told AFTER we loaded our bags on the luggage cart. Our shower did not work. I let the front desk know that the shower did not work and she did not offer any shower options. We booked our room for 3 guests and only two bath towels in the room. The breakfast did not offer one protein. The only syrup was sugar, no sugar free option. It was a carb loaded offering. Pancakes, white bread and bagels. I was told no wheat bread is available. All the Oatmeal packets were flavors and no plain. No honey for the hot tea. My daughter and I ate a banana and cup of yogurt. My son ate a bowl of cereal and two pancakes without syrup. The couch in the room was so stained we did not sit on it. The mattress was awful and sank in the middle. Our room had a Wyndham tray, Super 8 ice bucket and Hilton pillows. I guess when you walk in the lobby and the first sign you see is, NO REFUNDS, that should have been the first clue. This hotel is not like the pictures posted at all. They are trying to renovate rooms and our room was half complete. I am beyond disappointed.
