Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton New Albany Columbus

Pros +

• It was convenient to the hospital my husband was staying
• The bathroom was modern and updated. The room size was large.
• The room was comfortable.

Cons -

• The morning I was leaving, there was vomit in the hallway and the elevator was dirty with coffee spill and dried mud. I told the woman at the front desk about the vomit and she said she couldn?t do anything because she was the only one there.
• The breakfast buffet was gross. The hard boiled eggs tasted rotten, and the ?crispy potatoes? were mushy.
• Booked a 2 - Queen Rm. On-line, whenI checked in they only had a King w/pull out sofa. Not cool for 2 straight folks.
