This was the second time we could stay there. The first time the breakfast was excellent. This time we didn¿t even eat it. It had very few choices. Nothing hot just not appealing at all.

Location

Our first room had no light in the bathroom. The ceiling fan in the bathroom sounded like a machine gun, the ball bearings were shot. We were given another at our request.

Booked 2 rooms, upon check in not told tv was out for 2 days, by 2 days later still no TV. Live spider on bed which turn into manager. Room smelled had to spray. I have pictures of cracked shower tiles & dirty shower. Spider webs in room. too much tell.

Pool is closed. Just recently put in the website. We were in 3 different rooms at checkin due to issues with rooms. Very outdated in some rooms.

Near Route 2 about 3 miles from Mentor Headlands beach.

Fouls smell as soon as you opened room door. Dried blood on floor near entrance to (tiny) bathroom. Bed was too short, had to sleep diagonally. No one else in breakfast room, probably because no hot entrees, just yogurt and cold cereal. Never again.

The hotel was at a great location. It was very clean and updated..

The hotel was great overall. If I had to say anything that could use improvement was maybe the continental breakfast . I like the concept of the self serve breakfast sandwiches but they were no instructions on how to prepare them.

Horrible breakfast, they advertise hot breakfast. It¿s frozen food you put in microwave. Fitness center was closed and the TV in my room didn¿t work. When I went to front desk a few times, nobody was there, just a sign saying they¿ll be right back.

It was clean, the pillows were comfortable, the mattress was still in fine shape, and it was relatively quiet when there was a firetruck called to next door.

The light switch is tied to a lamp rather than an overhead when you first walk into the room.

Location

Rug and hard floors dirty with glitter, etc. Refrigerator didnt work, couldnt change the channel on tv, didnt like looking at the unsightly boxsprings with big tags. Not up to par for the price paid. Didnt meet Windham standards in my opinion.

clean, nice size rooms, staff was very nice and quickly responded to our needs. Breakfast was wonderful!

Location was good. Easy on/off exit. Close to state park and resturants.

Daytime front desk staff was rude. No early check in unless part of their program. Like suddenly at 3 all rooms would be ready¿not. Housekeeping was way behind. TV in room sitting space did not work. There was mold growing in AC vent.

One TV disconnected, we could not adjust volume on other remote or turn off TV w/out unplugging. We were promised help but did not get it. We called ahead twice for a roll away bed, but there was no note of that. We did receive it in time to use.

conveniently located, got upgraded to deluxe rm., allowed me to let my lil nieces & nephews to come swim. the bkfst was excellent, staff was friendly, quiet hotel & everything combined exceeded our expectations. this will be my hotel when we come 2 Ohio

Minor issue w sink leaking we just left a sm. towel in sink at nite & the shower made a whistling noise til we learned to only pull shower tab half way. Nothing that needed addressed

Stayed for 2 nights, but my room was never cleaned.

Location. The staff and room was very nice.

The room, staff, we nice. We could have used some shampoo and conditioner. Otherwise everything was good. The couch could use an update.

Rooms were not stocked or very clean. The quality of products in the rooms are very generic.

The Room is typical from Wingate. It was clean and comfortable. The late evening & early morning staff were polite. The day time front desk is rude. This place depends on an attached event center. Not all hotel amenities available w/o an event.

HOT BREAKFAST WAS A FROZEN TOASTER WAFFLE! No hot Eggs/meat, No DIY Waffle maker, No White Milk or Forks to eat the TOASTER WAFFLE. When I asked the front desk. I was told, rudely, we only serve a hot breakfast when we are busy. Beware of this place.

when i arrived the parking lot was full, no place to park, they were having multiple events..... TV in my room did not work, i called front desk and they said they would send someone up to fix -- no one came -- did not get fixed.... didn't seem to care

We enjoyed the pool, staff and breakfast. The room is good sized.
