The room and everything was clean,but the tub had no grips on it and it made it hard to stand in tub .

The tub had no grips for older people to stand on.

The location was great. Lots of restaurants nearby!

There was no pool, which we knew going into, but that would have made it better!

Quiet, clean and easy to check in

Two significant issues: 1) Room lighting is VERY poor for anyone doing any desk work or wanting to see anything in a bright, clearlight. It doesn't look "modern" it looks DARK 2) Sound containment from hallway leaves me believe the walls are paper thin

We stay here often so that we can go out on the town without worry about driving afterwards. It's close to a lot of things to do, so we like it for walking distance and the staff are always great.

The hotel is great, the staff is great and the location is great.

Dove the renovation there have been issues with the doors and locks. While our door/ lock were great this time, it was apparent that there were other rooms on our floor that were sticking. Neighbors were slamming doors all night.

I was impressed by the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Both the common areas and my room were spotless. Due to negative reviews I had previews read, this was a delightful surprise.

The receptionist was very friendly, was not sure what to expect since we were checking in after 2am. But we felt very welcomed.

Pool was closed. Workout room closed. But was still charged fees for those amenities.

Location, familiarity, the staff is always nice

It seems they changed the mattresses when they did the renovation and the other ones were easy more comfortable. They're also experiencing some key glitches as another guest accessed or room while we were in bed. The new room doors stick.

Breakfest was great, good location

Coffee in room, 4 coffee packs and only one cream/sugar packet.

I was not aware that the hotel is under renovation, many issues in the rooms along with lack of cleanliness. Staff, Jessica was very confrontational, lacked knowledge, poor communication skills, along with her husband starting an argument with me.

The night manager was one of the best professionals I have experienced in a long time. When I checked into my room, I found that the toilet seat was broken. I told the night manager about it and she replaced it.

The mattress was terrible. Very uncomfortable. After talking with some other travelers I know, the quality of the mattresses used has gone downhill since Hilton took over the chain. The breakfast items were terrible. Can't recommend

We stay here every time I'm in Ohio visiting my fiance. We like that it's walking distance to restaurants, the movies etc.So we can go out and have cocktails and not have to worry about getting back home to the headlands.We love the spacious, clean rooms

Just that with the renovations going on we had to stay across the street on my most recent visit because they had blocked a lot of rooms and had no availability. We were able to stay the following weekend so that was great!

They said there was a pool and wasnt and around there toilet there was yellow stains. I think the whole room needs updated.

Location, staff friendly

Carpet was damp in area,turned our feet black from walking on it. Air condition/heater didn't work right. took out the filter completely black.

Great location, close to where we needed to go. The room & hotel itself are very well maintained. The staff is super & friendly, the free breakfast is great! We enjoyed it every morning. Highly recommend staying there if in area.

Everything went very well, no complaints.
