Hampton Inn Marysville

Convenient to the Highway, well appointed, very friendly and helpful stay. 10/10!!!!!

The room was overall very nice and spacious. The iron and ironing board being in the room was also convenient.

It was disappointing that the pool was closed off; however, I also understand that these things happen. I was also disappointed that I was trying to access the fitness room the first day, only for it to be locked. There's more, but I can't add it.

Breakfast food, eggs & potatoes were cold.

Nothing really. Not even close to being what I'd call a Hampton Inn. Shame on them.

Room was dirty (potato chip on the floor). Fire alarm went off about 6 am on first morning. Elevator broke on second day. Asked about what to do if couldn't navigate stairs to check out and reply was uncaring. Horrible decor and broken window treatment.

The location, ease of registering, breakfast accommodations, ice machine and quietness from the outside noise. Oh ya, The beds were comfortable as were the pillows.. That is rear to have relatively firm beds but subtle soft comfort..

They did not honor my ESA. I still had to pay $50.00 for my dog. If we would have known that we would have stayed elsewhere. Other places only charge $20.00. We will not be staying here again, it's a shame, we make this trip a lot.

How clean the hotel was. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The hot tub and the spa were not working. The indoor swimming pool was not heated.

I really appreciated the staff - Hotel employee was on duty and really responded well to my questions and when there was an issue she definitely worked quickly to correct it. It was also scrupulously clean, which of course was much appreciated!

The price of the room. It’s rare to find a Hampton Inn room for $---, when there’s no pandemic. I felt very lucky to enjoy such a great product.

I wish the breakfast box was better. I ended up eating only the bagel. I wish you could choose your box by yogurt flavor. Or add a granola bar. Nothing in that box could really be eaten on the road. Just food for thought ;)

The Room was beautiful and clean with Covid precautions in place and staff was welcoming and gracious.

We were looking forward to the spa area and it was closed. There was drywall dust everywhere.

The staff. Very professional, very nice, and very welcoming.

Rooms were slightly small, long but not wide.

The cleanliness of the room and hotel in general was very clean. Also the staff were so helpful and friendly.

The comfort of the bed could of been a little better.

neutrogena bath products, room was pre-cooled so when I checked in the temp was comfortable right awayfantastic bed - large up high for easy tv viewing. The sheets were super soft and plenty of pillows to sink into. Mini fridge was convenient.
