Dirty rude staff bed broke mold in shower

The easy location to my grandchildren

The outside door from the parking lot did not have a lock. The room was in disrepair, broken closet door, dust all over bed frame, dated and old. The ceiling in the shower was crumbling. Breakfast was disgusting

It is located just a short drive to the Freeway, Shopping, Restaurants, Downtown, Nite Life, etc!!!

It smells awful! We didn?t want to be there once we arrived. The tv didn?t work, the lights were out. No shampoo, the list goes on. It?s really awful. The guy in the front tried to help, to his credit but it was one thing after another. It?s dirty!

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean

The Hotel is decent, the shower was the highlight of the stay,very nice very hot shower...The indoor heated pool was freezing

The service is .....Does anyone truly know what's going on there..I got charged three times for the room.Ending with my bank card being froze.The owners are foreign and tried to charge my card four more times for payment

It is close to the intersection of major highways and near the town of Marysville. It had a working tv and refrigerator. It will be gutted soon for a total overhaul.

False advertising. One ad said that it had a spa. It doesn't. (It did--but they got rid of it.) The hallway by the kitchen was sticky. (I grabbed a mop from the open laundry room and mopped it myself.) The room had a gauzy curtain with a huge tear in it.

Overall very poor quality. Maintenance and upkeep lacking and the bathroom dirty with visible mold. Vending machines do not work; no way to get even water.

Hotel smells horrible, my room was disgusting! There was hairs on the towels and averywhere, behind the bed there was a gap between the wall and mattress ?? lots of hairs, dust and I don?t want to know what else.?

Hotel advertises hot tub and gym in an indoor pool continental breakfast although they had breakfast and an indoor pool there is no gym and there is no hot tub not really worth what they charge per night .

Overall good hotel good staff great breakfast clean room other than a couple advertise amenities that are not available

Hotel advertises it has a hot tub the hot tub has been filled in and a wall built where it was. Hotel also advertises it has a personal gym the space where the gym is at is used for cleaning carts and supplies... Not really worth price advertised.

Room was dirty. Walls had something dry dripping down them furniture was in bad shape. We had to have the desk person come to fix TV the sensor was held on by tape had fallen. And the main reason for this hotel was for the hot tub they no longer have

The staff members were very friendly. The free breakfast was actually as good or better that some hotels we?ve stayed at for over double the price

When we first walked into the lobby it reeked of marijuana smoke. That was a little concerning. Apparently the manager figured out who was doing it and subsequently kicked the people out. That was interesting. I?d still stay there again

How the way the agent on duty interacted and denied access to the facility and threatened to call the cops on me at 2:20 am while I was waiting in the front desk area from 1:20 am - They mention that walk-in can be checked in immediately if booked deirect

Location and budget friendly

The awkward hugging/ affection of the 2 staff members upon my arrival, that could've been done away from the front desk. The room had something sticky on the floor and the room was missing towels, toilet paper, and a trash can.

Location,relatively cheap

I've stayed here probably 10 times in last 45 days. Room cleanliness was very poor this time. Someone had trimmed their hair or beard and hair was all over the floor so obviously the room hadn't been Vacuumed! Crumbs on floor and couch also.

The free breakfast was disappointing. Waffles, cold cereal, toast & bagels. No breakfast meat or eggs, other than hard boiled.

Location. About what you should expect for the price.

Outdated rooms. Clean but it's just old so doesn't appear clean

Easy to get to location wise. Staff was friendly upon arrival and departure! Room was clean and looked nice!
