It was clean

Yes I book for 5 nights two rooms had a family emergency came up had to leave after night one. I have try email the manager. I have called 7 times and the manager is never in. I would like a refund for the nights I didn?t get to stay

It?s new so everything is in good condition. Rooms are spacious.

It?s located near the highway. My room was facing the Highway and I could truck traffic throughout the night.

The room and beds were very clean, comfortable, and the price was reasonable. Quiet location close to restaurants. The hot breakfast was definitely above average (amazing variety of toppings at the hot oatmeal bar!). The 2-star level rating is too low!

Great location and very clean hotel. Indoor Pool was well maintained and a good fit for our family (deepest 4.5 feet); breakfast was very well stocked and clean with great staff on hand

Hotel was clean, just basic but fine for what we needed. Breakfast was a bit under par, but nearby restaurants were a big plus.

Noisy, could hear running water from 3rd floor. Mattress was poor, had a big dip about waist level.

Loved our room. Very clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable.

The A/C was too cold even after adjusting the temperature.

It’s was decent for what we needed

The beds were hard and there is only thin sheets for bedding so it’s not very good on comfort. There were no trash bags in the trash cans and that is kinda gross when you have personal items that need to go in trash cans. The hdmi ports for the alarm clock didn’t work so you had to plug phones in across room and that kinda sucks when you have alarms to listen for. There were water spots all over ceiling where you could see water leaked from the room above.

Property is clean and easy access. Staff encountered were friendly and personable.

The breakfasts were good. A nice selection of food options. The front desk person was outstanding during check-in and check-out. Her name is Tara. If we were to have to travel to Marysville, Ohio, again, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff was awesome nice and helpful. The atmosphere was great and the rooms lot and facilities were very clean.

The beds were very hard and the pillows were also not good didn't sleep all night. The only chair in the room was harder than the bed.

The remote control for the window blind was not working.

No electrical outlet on one side of the bed so CPAP machine could not be used on preferred side of the bed.

We had fun in the pool. The breakfast was good.

When I checked in the women at the desk helping me was rude. The next morning the women that checked me out was great.
