Pros +
- The staff was the most friendly I have encountered in all my travels. the sales manager was very accommodating. The GM ( didn't catch her name ) obviously cares about the guests. She keeps a clean hotel and outgoing friendly staff.
- Clean for the most part
- Clean room! Comfy bed!
Cons -
- Table by bed was dirty and there was hair in the bed.
- It seemed as though the staff needs better trained.? There was an issue with multiple guest reservations, during check in.
- They charged our credit card for the room even though we had prepaid. It took about 45 minutes to get them to credit our account after the mischarge.
