The manager was nice

3 shift the front desk she was light skin mixed girl was very nasty and rude

I asked to be away from all of the kids because it was a business trip and I had a deadline to meet. The kids were running up and down the hallway, pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night, and the hotel did absolutely nothing to comp anyone.

Not much.

The bed smelled like urine and kept me awake. The bathroom walls were splashed with soap and not particularly clean.

The room was very quiet, a big plus. Clean

The bottom of the tub was very dangerously slick when showering. This needs attention immediately. The lighting was dim. Room needed updating. No microwave.

I called the hotel after making the reservation and asked for an ADA room and they accommodated. Staff was wonderful.

The staff was very friendly. Great location.

We were charged for a room with a king size bed and got a queen bed. There was no microwave in our room.

Something wired about the heat - the room was cold (to be expected) we turned the heat up- when it got hot we turned it down to 75 from 80 and the air came on !

Location was good, was quiet

The pool and shower in the room were kind of gross, the paint was peeling in the shower. No fan in the bathroom.

Hotel was nicely updated, quiet and clean. And room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. All the key things I wanted and at a great price. I¿ll be back!

This is our favorite hotel chain. Price is nice, staff is very friendly, rooms are excellent. We just went to have a night away from it all.

No free breakfast. Mattress too firm.

My room was clean but I felt that the layout could have been different, While laying on the bed you were unable to clearly see the tv.

I booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool. I didn't realize that I needed to prepay for the booking as this was my first time traveling. When I go to the hotel to check in I was told that the pool was broken. Since I prepaid I was disappointed.

The enviornmental sound level was excellent considering that the hotel is located in the interchange of two interstate highways.

The staff could not produce a detailed receipt when I checked out. They could not tell me how much I was being charged. The free breakfast menu was extremely limited compared to other hotel chains. The sink drain was nearly plugged up.

Location

Room needed to be cleaner, especially the bottom edges of the bathroom walls . I should have been notified before booking that they were in the process of resurfacing the parking lot.
