Updates to the entry door of rooms. The look dated and old.

locations was great and price was decent

carpeting was filthy and the room smelled musky if that is a word, also the outdoor pool felt like icecubes were in it, too cold to go in it

The hotel is very dated,the tv did not work and there was dirty under garment under the vanity in bathroom vanity. Paid for microwave and Refrigerator none. Went to breakfast 10 mins. early and the attendant said it was for the guest workers,very rude!

The only area of this hotel that looked and smelled neat was the lobby.

The ceiling was failing into our room from the third floor. Then their was a tremendous amount of mold in the room we were transferred to. Staff refused to clean the room. My second room had a horrible mold and mildew smell in from the carpet.

The staff was very nice.

The location, we love everything about this hotel ours room was clean and nice ?. The breakfast was really good .

Friendly, professional front desk staff.

No microwave/refrigerator in room. The gentleman at the front desk said that those items were not available in the cheaper rooms. I offered to pay the difference in order to refrigerate my medicine. I was given another room at no cost.

On breakfast room, there is a old woman from staff, is disgusting to hear every day angry because she needs to refill the food trays, people are not comfortable in lunch she is so rude

There was no microwave or refrigerator or safe initially and had to request the microwave and refrigerator. The desk operator brought it up but had to wait about an hour.

The front desk could not be worse. They were confident I did not pay for the room and rudely asked me to pay. I was about to pay but checked my bank app and realized the payment. Then magically the record of the payment showed up in the system!!!

The price, location, and convenience are always on point. My biggest concern with lower-rated hotels is the condition of the carpet throughout the facility, especially in the room. And I can honestly say, I felt pretty comfortable and I wasn't anxious.

Overall, I was content and will return. Especially if the price is right.

The moment that I arrived, Pamela at the front desk got us settled in right away,so I could relax after a very long drive from Toronto

Near I-77 and 480, as well as restaurants and gas station.

You have to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance, which I did, but returned to a room with no fresh towels and the bed had not been made. I complained about hearing heavy footsteps from the room above me, but nothing was done.

It was quiet, calm and exactly what we needed. The room was nice, and clean. The bed was comfortable and it was nice that they served breakfast in the morning.

I did find a hair in one of the wash cloths but other than that I enjoyed my time.

The first room they assigned to us had not been cleaned. The food sucked...very limited and poor in quality.

At least there was a decent hot breakfast.

Usually the bed is to hard, last time it was too soft and also the pillows. There was only a half sink in the bathroom. Hallway carpet was nasty and there was no extra lock on our door. Won't be coming back.
