SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cleveland Independence

Hot tub was not working all weekend and that is one one of the main reason we booked here. They ran out of food for the continental breakfast on Saturday morning before we could get anything.

The location was the main reason for the choice of hotel.

The layout of the room is weird. I¿ve never had a hotel where the bathroom is across the bed and the Tv is in an angle that you can¿t really see it from the bed or couch comfortably. Though mentioned there is no safety deposit in the room please be awar

I liked the layout it was modern.

The toilet made gurgling sounds the whole time and smelled horrible, the pool was closed down so we couldn¿t take our son swimming like we promised. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door with no lock and huge gap with a window, no privacy.

Very clean and comfortable, and also convenient to Cuyahoga Valley National Park

Only downside for a family is that modern sliding bathroom doors are translucent... So it's private but light gets through. Likely designed with business travelers in mind.

I liked how modern and clean the hotel was. The staff were very friendly and the lady at the front desk was very kind and always greeted our kids.

This has become my favorite hotel in the area. The rooms are modern and clean. The bar is well stocked and does a good job. Breakfast is hot and well prepared. There are good restaraunt in the area.

I have stayed here several times, and have had a near perfect experience each time. Absolutely no complaints.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Nice, modern, clean rooms, and the location was so close to everything!

Room was very modern and nice, very comfortable

ease of use, cleanliness, and price

Good breakfast

Bathroom floor dirty in corner and floor red stains.Shower curtain moldBathroom tub water had problems draining Shower curtain was replaced

Nice lobby and outdoor seating area. Checkin and checkout easy. Room was spacious and well furnished. The breakfast buffet was great and snacks and beverages near the.Registration desk were perfect for between meals and reasonably priced.

The coffee pods in the room should have been replenished for the next morning. The desk staff only had decaf on hand when we requested some for next morning before retiring to our room. Luckily the breakfast buffet opened by six a m with nice fresh coffee.

Bad

The pool wasn't working and that was the reason we booked this hotel. Cancelled our reservation and went elsewhere.

Breakfast was delicious

Stayed three nights in a row and room was NOT cleaned.

It was convenient.

The lock on my door was broken. Lights did not work either. I generally enjoy staying here but this missed the mark this time. I will be back, though!

I liked everything about the property from the Room to the daily breakfast.. Outside pattio was nice.. The bartender Hollie was amazing and made good drinks

Location

The waffle machine was broken the whole time. Dust was falling from the ceiling Saturday right where breakfast was. Parking was horrible. AC until sounded like it was about to explode. It was super load. Definitely overpriced with all these errors.

It was big enough for 6 of us to stay together... not many hotels offer that. . very clean and roomy..

Comfortable bed, really nice room. Fairly quiet. Good breakfast with lots of choices and friendly staff. Lots of restaurants very close by.

Pool had such a strong odor of chlorine and is fairly small.
