The beds are super comfortable, and the room was very clean.

The toilet didn't flush easily, it became clogged, the bathtub was also clogged, but clean. I liked it when we checked in to enter the hotel, the night guy was very friendly and polite, but in the morning there were people who treated us with different.

The staff seemed friendly and although the hotel was dated the room seemed relatively clean.

Cannot stress hour LOUD this hotel is. It was non stop interstate traffic and noise all night long. The sheets also had a faint diesel smell to them. We booked for two nights and checked out after the first night.

I liked the fact that it was pet friendly and had an indoor pool for my kids. The breakfast was good too!

The staff was very kind especially considering they were working Christmas morning! Opening our door in the morning, staff had placed a little Christmas Gift Bag on each door with some small goodies as well as some practical items. Very Classy!

Our room faced the highway. Noisy all night. There were no Hampton cinnamon buns @ breakfast. ;)

The pool was closed due to health concerns, sink had mold around rim, bathtub wouldn¿t drain,

breakfast was not ready on time and was incomplete also no dark roast coffee for morning

The location was very convenient for me. The breakfast was hot and tasty with lots of choices. It was quiet.

My bed was not soft enough for me. I will need to purchase a topper for any future stays.

Check in lady was super nice ,also cleaning lady as well .lady at checkout was rude n didn't speak to me just shook her head but then saw her greet another person so that rubbed me the wrong way didn't catch her name but it eas an older woman

Location and friendly staff

The breakfast was terrible and it sounded like someone was using a power drill in the next room each night.

The rooms are spacious, updated, well-furnished and very clean. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic!

It was indicated there was an outdoor pool, and there was NOT. Also, it was right next to the I-75 and there was quite a bit of road noise,

Clean and comfortable! The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was great too!

The only small negative was the air conditioner was slightly louder than other hotels (but it was also 90 degrees out).

Pool was great and so was the breakfast. The staff are very nice and the rooms are modern and clean.

There seemed to be a bird nest in the air conditioner or closely located next to the the bedroom window.

It was in great condition and very clean.

The hotel was clean and nice. The bed was VERY comfy! The breakfast was good and well stocked.

very friendly, helpful staff at front desk and housekeeping. great coffee and treats at the front desk.

it was hard to get into the front entrance due to the construction. the construction vehicles made parking and leaving difficult at times.

We arrived late and left early for Swim Meet in Bowling Green so not much time spent there. Hotel was nice and breakfast in AM was great.

That they left a Post-it-Note to tell me my sheets were cleaned after every stay. I would hope that is the normal practice.
