The rooms stunk and the room with shower had a leak in the shower pan. The floor between the bed and the bathroom stayed wet. The walls would constantly crack and pop

The staff was very nice.

No pool, outdated rooms stains on the beds and furniture. I had to pay a $30 early check in when my room was ready. An hour and a half for 30? I just wanted my care package w the glasses. Check in at 3, totality 3:10! C what I mean? I'll never use Baymont

Great location. Lots of well lit parking. Front desk hostess tried to rectify an issue with an error message in booking. (We booked a king room and they wanted to give us two queens.)

Room was not very clean. So much dust on the headboard. Carpet not vacuumed. Dirty, what appeared to be urine stained towel was folded back in with the clean towels.

Convenient location. Affordable.

Coffee maker in the room did not work.

I do understand the older hotels used to have smoking allowed. I just didn't expect to still be able to smell the stale smoke clinging to the carpets and furniture. I have asthma and I don't tolerate that very well.

Closet door did not stay shut. In-room coffee maker did not work. We reported both to the front desk when we checked out.

The front desk was not very helpful or kind. Pool is permanently closed. But you don¿t know til you get their sign on desk. Rooms are dirty, past the fact that they need major updates. The sinks don¿t drain. The carpets are so stained up. Mildew in tubs

Hideaway bed didn¿t work, no blankets for the kids on both nights, had to share 2 towels for 4 of us, 4 of us had to sleep in a king size bed which was extremely cramped, pool was out, breakfast wasn¿t stocked

Location was excellent for visiting Findlay College.

Overall the room was clean just a few issues in the bathroom: slow drain caused by hair not totally cleaned out, sticky floors and tub caulking had a little mold that should have been bleached.

Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Clean. Excellent breakfast. Adequate parking. Convenient to a lot of things. Allow pets.

The room we got was a little more dated than rooms we've previously gotten in this motel. Bathtub definitely needs to be repaired/replaced (rust around drain looked like dirt at first). People weren't picking up after their pets.

The staff was really friendly

The hotel could use some tlc. The wall paper in the room we stayed in was starting to peel off. The pool is out of commission because it looks like the ceiling fell through. So just needs an upgrade in decor.

The first room we were in had ceiling issues, toilet issue, and was missing the tv remote. After three times of the toilet not flushing I had to ask to switch rooms.

The pool area was freezing, almost made it unbearable to swim.

The hotel lobby is beautiful. The room was nice. Good choices for breakfast. The location was great with all the restaurants being close.

The tub did not look clean, so we didn¿t take showers in the morning. Most of the breakfast food was gone by the time we went the next morning. There were only a few choices.

Front desk staff was welcoming and understanding when our room did not meet our expectations.

Despite being advertised as a smoke free hotel, the hallway and especially our room smelled like an ashtray. We were moved to a different room on a different floor and while it was better, it still smelled smoky throughout.

The staff was great. Very helpful and pleasant.

There weren¿t quite enough towels for four of us. We had to ask at the front desk for more. The staff was helpful, it just took a little while to get the towels.
