You get a kitchenette with a little stove top, but no cooking utensils and no pots or pans which makes no sense and along with that I don’t know why you couldn’t get a mini coffee maker since they don’t have free breakfast. The beds are hard as heck.

There was an additional surcharge for housekeeping services and utilities. The pool was closed. There was no breakfast. No coffee or coffee makers provided. There was an ice bucket, but no drinking glasses provided.

when i arrived i was told the room i booked was "unavailable" - waited 45 minutes to be told that it was unavailable because it "hadnt been cleaned yet" - i got put in a smaller room than the one i paif for... the room clearly wasnt clean either. so gross

Plugged in cell phone to charge behind the bedside table. Had to move bedside table there were amounts of dusty dirt located there. Recommend the furniture to be moved monthly by housekeeping to clean off this surface dirt.

That it’s close to what we need to do while we’re there. Plus the extra room to fit family is perfect.

The only thing but it’s not the hotel’s fault is that theirs no coffee or breakfast... coronavirus sucks!

Staff was really nice and accommodating.

Wished they had some type of brown bag breakfast of some sort like a muffin or fruit or granola bar or something to offer their guests as they leave since the pool and athletic room are closed due to covid-19.

We were very dissaponted at check in to find that the free breakfast that was supposed to be included had been discontinued and that we would have to pay a $25/day pet fee. A small line if text with no context saying pet fee may apply is not sufficient.

It is in a good location and staff was friendly

Beds were hard

was very clean, pleased with that - felt safe in that regard.

A/C did not work in our room. didn't check in til 11 so didn't try to change rooms since we carried kids in asleep. when I checked out I told them and all they said was sorry and thanks for letting us know, we'll check it out.

Staff was very polite and super nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

The room had a odd smell.

The wifi wouldn't stay connected. We has to call a 1-800 tech number and the tech tried to assist, but we continued to have wifi outage

I liked the price and location.

Need to clean better. Dust on the furniture. Sticky substance on the night stand. No excuse.

Location was very convenient

The breakfast mounted to waffle and orange juice. There was no cereal no oatmeal no fruit. There was snack bars in a few muffins. Coffee was good however. We have stayed here before and a few years ago the breakfast was much much better.

The hotel was close to the location we needed to be. Very cute city. We even utilized the Walmart that was across the street.

We were not able to use the sofa bed. It wasn't properly cleaned.

We loved the layout of the room we booked. So much room and very comfortable beds, pillows. The pool was an awesome size and all staff were helpful and friendly.

Even though it was a non-smoking room one could definitely smell the reek of smokers. Also with paying over 300$ for 2 nights, I did not expect to have to plunge the toilet over and over. I feel an employee should have done that.

Um...it was in a good location.

Smoke detectors hanging down by the wires (2 of them). Room was not as described. It was described as two bedroom and it was a one bedroom with a bed in the main area. Breakfast was mediocre. Woman that checked us in cursed blatantly to me(not derogatory)

The room was very large! The pool was also larger than at most hotels.

The breakfast was not very good. The carpet in our room was ripped.

The staff was very nice

The hotel was in poor shape and was generally not very clean. There was a hole punched in the backside of the bathroom door and the floor in the room was sticky, with things stuck to the carpet. The main door would stick and you had to force it closed.

We liked the pool and hot tub, the room was great! Loved havin a kitchen and living room right in the room!

Could have used a better selection at breakfast, some fresh fruit maybe, and some grains too, english muffins, bagels...
