Comfort Suites Findlay I-75 near Sports Complex

The staff was extremely nice and helpful and were on top of the breakfast for the morning.

Room had a very damp / mildew smell to it, mattresses felt like camping or hospital beds. Extremely small TV for the room. Felt like it definitely could use a bit of upgrading.

Thye wouldnt allow my guest to come to the room with me or in the pool area. they kicked them out of the pool area just watching not even in the pool.

Location

Our first room had blood all over, on the curtains, counter top and walls. We had an employee come in and look the room over, she moved us immediately

The staff seemed very nice before I had someone pounding on my door from the front desk to try and find out wher a tapping was coming from.

The pillows felt like sleeping on marbles, very uncomfortable. Seemed like an old hotel they tried to get by with but my sliding glass window wouldn't lock either, not good on the first floor. Will never stay again.

The location was convenient and check-in went smoothly. There was a nice amount of space in the room.

The room looked old and in disrepair. Paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. The tub faucet was leaky. The walls seemed paper thin. We could hear the people in the room next door whenever they talked (at a normal level).

Ease of booking

Sink was stopped up. Curtains were dirty. Dirty towels.

Front desk person was awesome! Super friendly. Gave us some great tips for local places.

Not one thing! Very clean room. Lobby as well.

Staff nice

Trash cans not emptied, no replacement toilet paper, phones did not work, towels not placed correctly, beds not made, smelly room. Had to get another one. Paint off doors, shower rod falling off -wall literally.

The hotel was close to the location of the softball tournament we were attending. The hotel was also clean and comfortable.

They charged me an extra 50 bucks on a room I?d already paid for specified. It had a hot tub whirlpool bath in it and when I got there, they charged me an extra $50 because it had a whirlpool bath.

The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff were extremely helpful.

The toilet and shower both made noise all night. The pillows were not great. The outlets near the beds were worn out and plugs just fell right out. Some small fixes in the rooms could really go a long way!

Room was clean. Easy access to highway and close to everything in town.

Very clean room and hotel. Breakfast was organized and clean and well presented.

I have to agree with other reviews the pool really needs turned up it is very chilly.

The house keeper we had Lupe was so nice, helpful happy awesome... and ladies at the front desk

our towlet did flush well at all the entire 8 days we were there as well s the wter pressure for the shower it took forever to get soap out of my hair

I could sleep.

Room was kinda dirty. Random hair and stains in the bed. Whole hotel needs a remodel and isn¿t in the best shape for what I was charged.

Staff contact was minimum. No one messed with me and left me alone. I loved it! It was very quiet too.

I did not like the big lights shining through my window. I closed the curtain the best I could, even clipped it closed, but the bright outdoor lights made it appear constantly daylight shining around the curtain.

The room was nice, clean and very spacious. The coffee was very good.

The breakfast could have more options but at this price I didn't mind.

Location was nice and quiet ,nice friendly staff from arrival,n throughout our overnight trip

Close proximity to expressway

Dirt on floor in bathroom, dead insect in shower, waste paper basket left in middle of room, difficulty finding the elevator

We had to wait 4 hours to get the room as they had no record of the booking even though I had a email confirming it
