Very quiet,great breakfast excellent customer service.

The staff was wonderful

The bed The sheets didn't fit the bed and kept coming of. The fridge froze everything we put in it. No way to turn down the temperature

Location was close to where we needed to stay.

The hotel was older and in need of a refresh. Holes in the walls had been patched, but you could still see them. Broken curtain, etc. Just really needed a refresh.

Staff was friendly. Location for us was perfect. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious.

room was not refreshed. told it was upon request. requested for second day, but it was not done. It was a holiday so possibly short staffed. Best to say that it¿s not possible. Suggestion, mention at time of check in housekeeping is upon request.

Clean and staff was nice and helpful.They are shipping me some items I left in the room - above and beyond what I would expect.

Hotel was OK but expected more for higher cost. Others in area are far worse but would have been cheaper to stay off Miller lane with better and cheaper costs.

Just overpriced for area.

the airport shuttle does NOT run 24/7 this was not clear on the website and I needed to pay for a Lyft driver.

The room was phenomenal! I was concerned that a hotel by the airport would be in a bad neighborhood; however, the neighborhood was a very nice office type setting.

They need to service the air conditioner in the lobby.

Location. Morning front desk clerk was friendly

Really ran down for a Hilton Property. Clerk at check in at nightwas busy on her personal phone,and seemed like I was burdening her by being there. room was obviously uncleaned. Loud highhway noise.

Clean and well kept

Only complaint is that the curtains do not shut to prevent light from coming in during the night.

The location was very convenient and overall, the room was fine.

This hotel looked like it could use a good cleaning. The carpet in the common areas was littered with all kinds of stuff like it hadn't been vacuumed in a couple of weeks. Specifically in front of and inside the elevators. The bedding had seen better days

superb service picked me up super late because of my arrival and she was really welcoming. Quinn the person at the front desk was friendly as well and offered me snacks and water up front. Great room too...

i put 8 out of 10 just because there was a towel hanging on the bathroom door and it looked like it was used. other than that the room was really awesome.

Our stay was very quiet. The hotel is easy to stay at: lots of parking spaces, quick check-in, easy to hop onto the wifi. We did not have any issues during our stay.

The rooms are dated, with decor that is decades out of style and furnishings and appliances that have seen years of use. The hotel is located next to a noisy highway, but the road does not connect, so you have to drive around to get there.

Clean, and the room was very comfortable.

Continental breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast area was still closed due to pandemic.

Cleanliness

Initially we were given a room right next to the Highway which was noisy. The front desk was lovely about changing it rapidly.

Large, clean rooms and helpful friendly staff. Breakfast box contained good assortment of breakfast items.

Noise from Interstate and room above can be heard. There is no setting on the hvac to run the fan continuously to mask the noise.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Our bathroom fan started squealing on the last night we were staying there so we had to pack everything up and move to another room for one night which was inconvenient.

Professional, helpful staff. Relatively close proximity to airport.

Poor signage. Hidden from Main Street. Signage poor. If I did not know how to get there, I would not be able to find.
