- The location was great.
- The staff was wonderful, especially those working on the evening og Oct 10.
- Staff very friendly nice big king room
Cons -
- We arrived late for check in and there was no staff at the front desk. We wondered around the building a little while before finding anyone to check in. We were given a room on the 2nd floor and there was not elevators, so we had to cart our luggage upstairs. Breakfast was the same everyday and there was no variety. Dry cereal, waffles and apples was all that was offered during our week's stay. Plus, there was no cleaning service unless we requested. This hotel needs some work.

I am a frequent traveller outside and inside the USA. Hence, my expectations are often based upon Hotels in the Middle East or Europe ( 4-5 Stars). Hence, though I rate this low...it is due to my other areas I travel. The Hotel was just okay. People were very friendly, Breakfast was "eh" room was clean, bed was "eh" but the location to family was good. So I can only offer a "fair" to middle rating. Staff was as mentioned friendly and helpful.
