Location close to job assignment. Close proximity to major stores & restaurants.

Clean rooms. Close to places to eat, and shop. Staff friendly and helpful, answering questions and pointing you directions for services.

Large room and large shower, helpful staff

The mattress was horrible, the shower needed scrubbed, and was expecting the hot breakfast but were not serving it. They had yogurt, cereal danishes and boiled eggs.

Pool water too cold! No drinks or food in pool area, but I understand why!

That it was close to sugarcreek and other places to see and do ,the price for the room was great .

Most everything was great. What I was suprised about was the breakfast, free and it was food, not donuts and bagels.

Clean, easy access, beautiful grounds. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Great hot breakfast.

It was a little tight for a 3 night stay. There was only a desk chair and a straight backed chair, neither of which is comfortable for watching TV or reading a book.

The breakfast buffet was awesome. The 3 kids I had with me loved the pool and food.

Just the beetles in the room and a spider with web near the air conditioner. I think the thermostat should be on whatever temperature we as guests choose.

The room was very clean.

The hotel is right next to the highway and it was very noisy in our room all night. The air conditioner was also very noisy and was constantly turning on and off. The pillows were very flat on the beds.

For the price it was a really nice place. Staff was exceptional as was the free breakfast.

Besides being extremely clean and nice....this hotel offers 2 very nice treadmills...hubby & wife can workout at same time together. Glass drinking glasses at breakfast and real flatware. Real coffee mugs...not paper.

The “hospitality” cookies were very bad....stale to the hilt...we did not stay there for the cookies, lol...but seriously—the worst. 😕
