Breakfast was ok. Would have liked it to last until 10:00 am. Location was perfect. I appreciated the self pay station at the market in the lobby.
There was only 1 soap in the bathroom. A second soap for the shower would be helpful. $22 per night for parking is a lot.

Had a fairly good stay! Room was nice and spacious and bed was comfy, enjoyed the shower (good water pressure). Location pretty convenient to the hospital, but learned the hard way that Cleveland not super walkable if you're going anywhere else.. That said, we did walk to the art museum, that was doable. Breakfast was pretty good, the waffles were great and whipped cream was available (bonus points!). Staff was friendly, especially liked how the one of the breakfast attendants offered to make me bacon tomorrow :) Oh yeah, great gym: more bonus points for the Peloton!
The EV chargers, while working when we first got there, stopped soon enough and didn't start again. Saw people plugging in again and again without luck. The front desk, not surprisingly, said there wasn't anything they could do. Didn't love how the room only had 2 towels by default. Don't you know how many people are going to be in it? The shower had 2 body washes and no shampoo. The breakfast was good, but no bacon (see above), and I reeeeally doubt those eggs are "cage free".

Hair in the shower. Dust on the heat registers. Parking should be free. Dishwasher was running when we checked in. Kitchen was wiped down with grease smeared on stove, microwave and cupboards.

The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and very clean. The location was excellent. The staff were friendly. The house keeper was available 24 hours and responsible to our requests very quickly.
Extra charge for the parking. It seems they clean the rooms every other days not daily! However, when we asked for services they kindly accepted and did it very fast. Breakfast was overall good, but it could be better.
