The location

The room was very hot and when you turned the thermostat down it would only kick on for a couple of mins & go off again. You couldn¿t set the fan to stay on.

Great service, breakfast and very clean!

Wish there was a hot tub.

the location is perfect, the breakfast and dining area are really lovely with lots of seating and a large stone fireplace

A little pricey for non-suite rooms

Staff were excellent and helpful! Daily housekeeping available. Overall great place to stay while visiting family in the area.

The front-desk receptionist was a bit terse. She wasn't bad, but she wasn't warm and inviting either.

$30 deposit fee seemed unnecessary. Wifi didn't work, even with help of staff

I liked the pool, it had a very nice view and tiling was very pretty. It was adequate for a hotel. Check in was easy. Housekeeper was very friendly.

Entire 1st floor and halls smelled like bad septic/feces. Room carpet bubbled made me trip many times staff was aware and shrugged it off. Mold in shower and sink. Coffeemaker in bathroom by toilet.Room smelled of stale smoke&dusty.Duvet extremely dirty.

making the mistake on turning on the fire place, I thought it was just for looks. But thats was my fault.

The room was very clean along with the rest of the hotel.

If I had anything it would be some of the older furniture, but it was still in good shape.

The manager learned it was our anniversary and we were upgraded to a jacuzzi and fireplace room. It was a wonderful surprise. This hotel was immaculate and us a lighthouse award winner. Thank you for making our stay so soecial.

One of the staff members offered to scrape my windshield and that was so nice. The staff was very polite and the hotel was clean. Beds were clean and comfortable too.

Friendliest staff I've ever encountered in a hotel. Woman that checked us in Friday night made us feel like we were at home.

Everything except for the problem detailed below. I wanted a room with a whirlpool for my granddaughters who were staying there too. Nice lobby, great breakfast, lovely pool--but signals got crossed somewhere.

I booked a room with a whirlpool in it but the room I was given had no whirlpool. I complained but there were no more rooms with whirlpools available. One of those had been given to a guest (friend) who booked her room several days after I booked mine.

The night staff was so friendly, helpful & easygoing. I felt welcomed ☺️

The morning staff was too standoff and made me feel like if I didn't check out soon enough I was in their way.

Checking in late was not a problem.

It was a bit pricey.
