Very clean. Room was excellent. Looked like a fairly new property, as there were no obvious signs of wear, but it evidently has been around a while, just updated in the last few years.

Top Tips
- Book your Cadiz hotel at least 3-6 weeks before the Harrison County Fair in August to secure a room, as local lodging fills quickly for the event. For orientation, national chains such as Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cadiz are within 2 miles of the fairgrounds. Many top chains offer flexible cancellation, so check the policy before booking.
- Hotels like Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn in Cadiz usually offer microwaves and fridges in rooms, but independent properties may not. Use the brand’s app to verify which amenities are included and access options like mobile check-in or digital keys if offered.
- Major Cadiz hotels often advertise 'High-Speed Internet Access,' but actual speeds for remote work can vary. Check recent guest reviews or the FCC Broadband Map at your hotel’s address; consider a mobile hotspot if video calls are essential.
- Average January lows in Cadiz range from the mid-teens to low-20s °F, so pack warm layers and allow extra time for county road driving during snow. Explore nearby Tappan Lake, just 10 miles west, and note that most major hotels provide lobby coffee and snow brushes by entrances in winter.
- If you need an accessible room, book an ADA room online at chains like Hilton or Marriott to receive a confirmation number. You can also request additional accessibility aids such as shower seats or visual alarms; reconfirm these services 48 hours before arrival due to limited small-town inventory.
- Chain hotels in Cadiz typically use municipally treated water, but guests with sensitivities or planning extended stays can request a recent water quality report at the front desk. For independent properties or if you have specific needs, call ahead to ask about water sources or advisories.
- Car transport is essential in Cadiz, as there is no local fixed-route public transit for point-to-point trips. Free parking is standard at most chain hotels, and staff can help arrange rental cars or recommend local taxi services if ride-shares are unavailable.
